Must give credit to the staff here on moms pharmacy team, Alexandra called me to get an issue resolved as the texting was becoming too much for me. Within min she had fixed the order and sent me updates before mom’s order shipped. She was very patient with me and i truly appreciated her help!

My experience: Dr called in Rx on March 11. Simple meds. They asked if I’m to start right away. Yes, obviously, I’m in the middle of a shingles outbreak. On March 12, about 18 hrs later, they say we’ll START your order. 2 days to deliver so I asked for transfer to local pharmacy. They said ok on March 12. No transfer made until March 17. Took the local pharmacy 15 minutes to have it ready. Almost a week for common meds. I’ll never use Stellus again.

I have used stellus for three or four months. I requested the driver KNOCK when delivering package. He DOES NOT. I have talked to pharmacist. They say they asked them to knock. It CLEARLY SAYS on package to PLEASE KNOCK. To this day they won't. Pharmacist said all they can do is ask, they can't make them knock. Today I put a LARGE SIGN on my porch asking them to knock..THEY DID NOT. I would like to speak to a MANAGER of both stellus AND Ameriship on a conference call.

Love the fact that I can communicate via text my medicine comes to me so that’s super convenient. I did have an issue with my first delivery I got some one else’s medicine but that was the delivery service issue not pharmacy issue. The driver corrected it and came back within an hour.

Rafael is the best! I started with meds. And so far I have not disappointed they check on you have one on one contact. I am unable to answer my phone they still reach out by text message and it has been a life saver! If you don’t switch to them at least read their information! Best pharmacy hands down!! Great service and great information !

I LOVE StellusRx. I’m talking love. It is by far the best home delivery Rx we have ever used, across the board, with both their delivery service and their personnel. In particular, Alisa Sudaz. She is our StellusRx Pharmacist, and she has never failed to be both professional and responsive to anything I’ve needed immediately or in a more timely manner. Their prescriptions are available in the normal pill bottles or in handy packets easily separated and identified both daily and by morning, afternoon, and evening. I take my scripts by packets and my husband prefers the bottles. There could not be a better prescription service than StellusRx, nor a better Pharmacist than Alisa Sudaz. Both are the gold standard in their field of expertise.

Stellus is simply the best place for your medication needs. They are so helpful and kind. The knowledge of the pharmacists on interactions. If a medication is limited for some reason, they can find another medication that would work and reach out to your provider for approval. Cost is also important, and they are always finding ways to cut cost to their patients. Hands down they have such wonderful options, pick up, delivery, packaging and cost.

I began with one or two medications, then transferred all of my medications (that I could) to Stellus RX. When my pulmonologist's nurses call them to clarify my prescriptions, the nurses tell me that they are very impressed with how the Stellus people are always very friendly and helpful. My first introduction to Stellus was a long phone call with a pharmacist who went to great effort to understand my individual needs. I love getting regular, simple text messages each month from this pharmacist and her team, in order to remind me and to confirm which of my prescriptions need to be refilled. I recommend Stellus RX without reservation. They work hard to provide quality customer service.

They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced with a pharmacy. They are very friendly so I have put up with them for a lot longer than I should have. It has taken me up to two weeks to get my prescription. The worse thing is how so difficult to talk to anyone and I moved to them because they said they had built their business around customer service. I will go back to Walgreens as I can talk to someone within a few minutes. What finally has put me over the top is I left a message there on Friday 5/24, now it is Friday 5/31 and I have not gotten a call back. I did get a text from them, but when I text back three times in the last two days I have heard nothing. This place should go out of business and let the Walgreens, CVSs, etc. have the business.

Here’s my experience.
Yesterday around 130pm I called Stellus Rx. I voluteered to get a call back. That didn’t happen until 4:16pm where the guy basically told me that he couldn’t help me. But he’d pass a message along to my care team… whatever.
Oh! Except that care team sent me a text at 5:17pm AFTER they closed asking me if I wanted a refill so the texting software wouldn’t let me respond until they opened again. Great 🙄
Then today at 10:50 I get slow at work and send that message again. Do you know when I heard back? 2:06pm AND they once again told me that they couldn’t help.
So here I am 24 hours later and still haven’t refilled either of my scripts.
So I texted back some questions. And after once again being left on read for over an hour I decided to call.
I did not opt into receiving a call back. Instead the call machine forced the callback process onto me and when I hit * to wait for a representative it hung up on me. It did this twice.
So I finally let yall have it through text and what do you know? I get an immediate and condescending response treating the now SITUATION WHERE I WILL NOT HAVE MY LIFE SAVING MEDS ON TIME as if it’s my fault and that I am an annoyance. Part of that message was pawning the job of refilling my script onto a local pharmacy as well as a lie about why my other meds are back ordered.
Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mail order pharmacy. I d already told your pharmacist or whoever you have answering texts to go ahead and send all my scripts to the local pharmacy and remove me from your client list since my business is of no importance to yall.
Will definitely be telling as many people as I can manage.

Extremely friendly, professional, best mail order provider I ever had. Best thing I like is your customer service is not outsourced to third world countries which are very hard to understand. Keep it US friendly and employ in U S👍
