I like it here. It's very clean. I can't believe I compromised and stayed at that roach motel on 4709 plano pkwy. They are running a racket there. If they think for one minute you have nowhere to go they will make up charges to bill you more than you owe. I caught them twice trying to overbill me. Its a scam and it's disgusting. And the lo her you're there the more often they will attempt this. Stay away from there and stay here at studio 6. Much much nicer. And clean! The photos don't do it justice.

This studio 6 was probably the cleanest one I have stayed at. The staff was also very helpful and kind. Couldn't have asked for a better stay from them.

Place smelled like smoke even in a non smoking room, there was roaches and when I tried telling the front desk they said I had to speak to the manager and he/she never showed and never contacted me regarding my stay, never coming back. Ps the only reason I had to stay here was because all other hotels nearby were booked.

If there was anything less than 1 star I’ll give it. Our room was INFESTED WITH ROACHES. The dangerous tiny ones. I mean all over the floor and the bathroom late at night: we ran for our lives the next morning. RUN!! Don’t stay here . Unless you want to go home with those roaches.

First impression was great. Yes, they clean, however, for the most part, you have to keep your own room cleaned. Especially if you are here for an extended stay. They have roaches, so I recommend buying your own cleaning products and cleaning yourself anyway. They do have a sewer smell that comes out of the sinks and the tub. I frequently pour bleach down the drain. The WiFi is a hit and miss. It's a nice number of people that has made this their permanent residence, so expect noise. This was the third hotel we have stayed in since moving here in August. St. Louis, and I would say it's the second best. We have been in transition and finally found a permanent home. Thank God!
