I’ve been going to Stunning for years! Kim and her employees are always friendly, helpful, and caring. I’ve had my nails done by a few different people, and haven’t really had a negative experience.

Today was my first time going and it will be my last time going! I was very upset and overwhelmed with the lady who did my toe nails. So I get there I tell them what I want they tell me to take a seat this happen at 238pm, they were not busy at all it was maybe like 4 people in there 5 with me . She tells me take a sit i did. The lady who did my nails was very sweet nice! But she was on her phone most of the time left me sitting there multiple times waiting and her work was not the best.she would not leave her phone alone! Like seriously just finish already!. I also noticed her vision was not the best she kept hurt my toes. I was supposed to get my nails done as well but due to her taking so long and leaving me I wasn’t able to. The owner or manager reached out to me because I said I didn’t wanna do my nails anymore, she was concerned I guess it’s her money why not be ! But still I wasn’t able to I walked out at 415! Just for my toes nails to look like I did them at home! This was just my experience! She did offer me 20 percent off ! But that doesn’t work with me because she wasted my time and I hated my toes never again! Good note is they are sweet people but you need to be a better business owner

Me and some of my Co - Workers went in to get our nails and toes done as a Christmas gift from our boss on 12/10. We get there and were seated quickly in the pedicure chairs. They didn't even ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted they just selected one for me. We all had pictures of what we wanted and two of us were happy but one of us was told that they could do her nail design no problem, and then at the end when it came time for the design it was a different story. It took 3 ppl to finish her nails because they were super thick and lumpy so the lady who was doing them passed her on to someone else, then they had to have another lady paint the designs because apparently she is the only one who can. The lady who did the design was great though I will give her that. The man who did my nails was extremely rough!!! Today my fingers are still sore and I get them done all the time and have NEVER had the amount of tenderness and discomfort I had when he was doing them. I could feel the heat through my nails on almost every finger and mentioned it multiple times but he kept on, not caring about my complaints. I legit think I'm going to have to take them off and let them recover after the way he ground down my nail plate. They turned out cute but at the expense of my nail health, I don't think it was worth it. I have nicks and skin tears around the edges and they are sore to the touch. I'll be letting my boss know, and in the future ask her to not send us there again.

I am very much a creature of habit and when I find a place, person, business etc, that appreciates me as customer, they get my business. I have been going to this location for 2 years and have been very pleased with the service I receive. My nail technician does an incredible job and is very professional. She focuses on me and is not engaged with what going on around her, giving me her full attention. Her name is Kay, and I always request for her to do my pedicure and dip nails. I highly recommend Kay as your nail tech at Stunning Nail Spa. The manager Kim is amazing too, if there should ever be a concern about service, she addresses it immediately. If you have not tried this location, please do so, they do great work.

I’ve been here twice and I love that the atmosphere is calm and quiet. First time I received just a simple mani and today I had a pedicure. The gentleman who helped me was OUTSTANDING! I was so relaxed and everything was perfect. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail. The massage was excellent, my toes are cute and you achieved exactly what I came here for.

Okay we typically go to a different nail salon but they couldn’t fit us in so we came here instead. My mom and I were blown away they are so great. Got us a margarita and tom did such a great job on my pedicure and gave amazing attention to detail, ( didn't skimp on the massage either) we will be back!
