Walked in to get a new phone, were told 30 minute wait and after sitting there for over 45 minutes had no help. People came and went and were helped and no one came up to us, Manager kept waking by us and not even greeted or asked if we were helped. 1st and last time in there. Only ended going on there because the one in stonebriar said this one had the phone we were planning on purchasing.

The worst experience we had at this store. They said wait time is 25 mins and at 20th min she said one customer ahead of us. But again at 30th mins she said few more ahead of us. So many representatives were free but none attending.

When using this location - make sure to call ahead to understand when would be a good time to visit to avoid lines. The staff is very knowledgeable and feels like they are part of your team. If you can get Von - 100% recommend him. He is the first person that I know that was able to give me an exact number of how much my bill will be and he was right. He makes sure to deliver what he promised and he follows up all the way until he does. No need to project managed him like I had to do with other representatives for T-Mobile and also for Sprint before the merger.

Wow! 5 stars is not enough to shout this location out! Joel B was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond. I highly recommend working with him. He was patient and knowledgeable about everything. Ranging from switching from AT&T to T-Mobile, to Netflix and Business internet. He had us covered. Thanks again!

The employees in this store are incredibly rude. Genuinely just unhelpful. The girl that my sister and I had rolled her eyes and was very condescending. Didn’t make any efforts to actually help. We could also overhear another employee talking to a couple and she was also very rude. I understand having a bad day or just being tired but we genuinely didn’t do anything and were shocked by the service. The manager was nicer.

My dad surprised me with a new phone since I had my last one since 2019. Alexus was our tech expert who was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. For every question I asked, she had an answer and was very understanding about my hesitation to get a new phone since I'm not a big fan of change. She researched what current phones were similar to the one I had and now I'm making this review on the phone my dad ended up getting for me. It's a Google Pixel 7 and is so smooth/fast just like she said it would be. We had a delightful conversation and she even waited past the end of her shift for my phone to be set up properly. Also, this store was huge and very nice. The seats and overall atmosphere was very comfortable. Thank you Alexus and keep up the awesome work!

Pablo went above and beyond to get us set up for a switch from Verizon. He looked for every deal possible and got us beyond everything we wanted. Get this guy a bonus or a raise ? much appreciated.

Laynie , is the reason why I will ONLY go to this T Mobile store , She committed to helping me sort out a very complicated Situation step by step , she figured out ways to make things as easy as possible , she went ABOVE & BEYOND . Her level of service & support is outstanding, she is as lovely as she is professional.

Claudia, right away helped me to activate up my new iPhone and new iPad.Very courteous, and never hesitate to help me further beyond my questions that i had.I live in Rowlett- I drive personally to legacy store not only for the appearance of the store but for the great customer service they give and the welcoming they give out to one another. I don’t like going to other stores but this legacy store gives always the great smile and welcoming! Great work!

DaShana was the sales rep who helped me select and update my phone. She was wonderful, patient and very informative about the choices. Felt as if I had gained a friend and left with a positive memory of my T-Mobile experience.

Just left the T-Mobile store in Legacy West....LAYNIE AND JORDAN were phenomenal...they were very knowledgeable, quick and efficient and got me part of team iPhone asap. Their customer service is what I call Top tier and wonderful. Thank you for such a great experience!!!

Not only is this store absolutely beautiful but the customer service was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had. Claudia went above and beyond to make sure we walked out with everything we needed and were 100% satisfied. I am so happy we went in over the weekend. Thank you Claudia and the rest of the team for the help as everyone there was so kind. We truly are grateful for the help and service we got.

Incredible customer service from Greg and Laynie! Came in late on a Sunday (20 mins before closing) with billing and product concerns. They were over the top friendly in helping me get my account straightened out and set up to get my device repaired. I really appreciate the great customer service and efficiency in helping me. This will be my T Mobile store from now on!
