Sasha and the rest of the team were super kind and helpful! They gave me a bottle of water while waited and answered all my questions as I got my car inspected with patience. They also recommended a good repair place afterwards that ended up being really great as well!! 10/10!

Don’t go there!!!!!!!! I been waiting more than a hour!!!!! For oil change and they kept saying 5 minutes and no one was taking care of me. So rude

It probably seems unfair to review a place I didn’t receive service for, but I pulled up with no cars in line and one in the bay. Oddly it seemed like there was a fridge blocking the bay. After a few minutes a woman waved at me and acknowledged me. But 15-20 minutes later she was still working on the vehicle with zero acknowledgement. Thirty minutes passed of not coming out to talk to me so I finally gave up and drove 3 min down the road to Kwik Kar. I was immediately greeted and put in a bay and they offer 25% off to military.

Hands down best service I’ve had at a take 5. TK helped me out and gave me a full detailed description of everything I needed for my car. She helped me pick the best service since my car burns so much oil and even helped out with a coupon. I can tell she loves what she’ does. Blessings to her for helping me out today 🙏🏽

It took a full hour for them to do my state inspection. Only 5 minutes of that was waiting for a bay to open up. They let me sit for 35 minutes before actually starting the inspection. The 3 technicians would all only work on one vehicle together at a time. I expect the upsell attempts and I'm fine turning those down, annoying though they are. But next time I'm going somewhere that respects my time

This shop just replaced the whole crew. The previous management was a shame but the new management is completely different. They bring the service to the whole different level. The new manager is awesome - Sasha! They just erased the bad experiences that I had before with this location

They were very busy and seemingly short handed for the amount of cars being serviced, but took the time to immediately great new arrivals with a cold drink and tagging them with their arrival time to keep order. They were very kind and didn't appear pressured or stressed. They were also not pushy for unnecessary maintenance items and were very candid about the state of my vehicle and others.
I do believe I was supposed to receive a survey and coupon for my next visit but sadly I didn't get it.
