I had been using a shop for over 20 years, but the owner retired which has caused me to look for another shop that does excellent work. My experience with these folks was excellent. The service and workmanship is outstanding. Not only did they do the straightforward oil and filter change, but they also checked all fluid levels and filters. I felt very confident about their recommendations for additional service and explained their work in just the right amount of detail. I will certainly be a repeat customer. The experience was outstanding!

This location is a 10/10. The mechanics here are super nice, informative, they don’t pressure you into anything. And it seems like they all have great teamwork, camaraderie, and are genuinely fun to be around. Great location

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Take 5. Was sent here after another location didn’t have my filter and arrived to see one car already being worked on and was told it’d be about 15 minutes. I was attended about 40 minutes later. Only one employee apologized for the wait with some other profanity. Including the time I waited upon arrival and completion of service, it took almost an hour with 3 employees working, counting the manager. Unless you can spare an hour, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Cannot do state inspections. This is the second time I’ve attempted to use this location for service. Last time they were out of washer fluid during an oil change and they couldn’t fill it up. Today can’t do state inspections. Said their system has been down for a couple months. 😐

Best Take 5 experience I’ve had yet. The guy (Brayden? I think) was great at explaining everything to me during my oil change and offered to check everything, even my cabin air filter. Also let me know when I should replace each thing he checked for me with an honest answer. Very helpful and fast!

I came after work and there was no one there. I had a coupon for $25 off an oil change. The employee said their scanner wasn’t working but would try. The scanner did not work. I asked if it could manually be put in? He said no. The guy acted like he didn’t even want to be there. Another customer shows up. Then I hear them discussing a discount and how the scanner wasn’t working but then gave the customer some sort of discount. Also did not get a reminder sticker for when to come back for an oil change. Well it doesn’t matter I won’t be back. Very disappointed
