Went here in July for just a oil change. Tech suggested a radiator flush and some how got an air bubble stuck and my car over heated 3 separate times since. They had to redo the flush the day I was there and 3 weeks later I had to come back for under flush as the car started over heating, which it never had done before. Then it did it again and I was too far to try to get it bad to that location. I was told to take it to a auto shop closer to me and I did. They would not give me a answer on covering the additional repair and I had to pay for that out of pocket. The company then took my case to a third-party for review called fleet response, which has ghosted me since and has not given me a response. I have video of the car over heating and the damaged ot cause. This third party company will not even call the auto shop to verify. I have been dealing with this since July but a over $2000 dollar repair for their mistake is what it cost me and my passed 6 months or so dealing with them and a third-party company to get an answer. BEWARE! They techs working on this shop does not know what they are doing and damaged my car.

I came in to change the coolant in my vehicle, and they service was excellent. I didn't have to wait very long before they started the process, and I was on my way in a short period of time. They were very professional and efficient.

They did not fit properly the engine protective shield after the oil change. It fell off when I am driving in highway.

Allen store didn’t have anything but the most expensive oil so they sent me to Plano. I’m glad they did. The service was 100% better and they didn’t try to add on services that I didn’t need. A much more professional and honest staff. This will be my new location going forward.

Justin and Kyle are the dynamic duo you never knew your car needed. They provided truly exceptional, professional service—fast, thorough, and highly competent. Even better, their sense of humor was spot on. They managed to be witty and welcoming without making me feel like I needed to check my 'girlness' at the door.
