Consistently ignored. Finally posting after visiting this store 8-10 times over the past 2-3 years. I have been greeted by staff once. I mentioned this to a friend and she has experienced the same the Preston Royal store.

This is the business hour,, but I called more than 6 time from the noon to 4pm, never got the chance to talk with the associate in this store, nobody answered the phone, unbelievable!

Why does this Talbots not answer their phone? The automated greeting asks you to leave a msg and an associate will return your call. ‘Haven’t heard from anyone in a couple of hours. ‘Wanted to see if they had my size before I drive 18 miles. ‘Have shopped at Talbots since the late 70s… customer service could use some “polish” from years ago.

Terrible experience at this store. I walked in with my 2 children and as I started looking at clothing, LINDA went and whispered to another employee. She then went and locked the door near me. This made me feel unwelcome and I felt as if I was being accused of potential theft. She never offered to help nor turned to speak. We left feeling awful. Returned with my husband and I noticed the same woman enthusiastically helping an older Caucasian woman, carrying and gathering things for her. So much for the inclusivity clause on the door. As a Latina, the treatment I received was not inclusive in the least bit.
