Plano TeamLogic IT completely exceeded my expectations. My administrative assistants' home PC apparently had been hacked.I met a TeamLogic employee in Plano, gave him the PC. Alex is amazing. I spent 12 hours with QB support and they never could help with a serious problem I had with what they said was a corrupt company file. I was devastated. Out of the blue, I found TeamLogic and gave them a call thinking what have I got to lose? I spoke to Alex and within 30 minutes, he not only found the corrupt file, but was able to restore it and get my system up and working once again. I am over joyed with the competence of this IT professional. I can't say enough about the competence of Alex's understanding of systems.Thank you, Alex for working out this and saving me from trying to recreate the entire 2022 year of financials.

I have been using Team Logic for a few years. I always know they will complete my request for help is a speedy professional manner. There are hundreds of IT companies in this area but none as as good as Team Logic.

I can't say enough about Mo at TeamLogic IT. They were very responsive and did what they could to fix my computer. I will hopefully never have the same issue again, but if I need work on my IT products then I will definitely be back.

Server down, no access to operate business service/accounting software. Kevin called and in less than 30 minutes he was at the office and diligently working to resolve and get our business up and running. After troubleshooting and correcting the issue we are operating as if no time was lost at all. All data restored, all remote access and mobile access restored. 100% satisfied customer who would highly recommend when you have IT/ server issues. Thanks Kevin and TeamLogic IT.

We had TeamLogicIT come by and move our computers from one office to another. The owner came out promptly to give us a quote and schedule an install date. Kevin the tech showed up on time and within 2 hours, everything was up and running with no problems! He even gave us some pointers how to clean up our computers, recommended some free software, etc. We will definitive be using them again! They were very reasonably priced as well!

These guys are amazing! They helped me resolve issues that I was told by a different IT person, was not worth trying to fix! Decided to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did! I found TeamLogic IT after reading 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp. I called their number a little after 5:00 and Mo answered. I told him my issues and he spent at least 10-15 minutes listening to me and was sure that he could help me. (I was locked out of One Drive with years of files and photos potentially lost forever, I thought I had been hacked with ransomware and was ready to trash my desk top and laptops based on what the other IT guy had told me!). The next day I went in and I knew I was in the right place within the first few minutes of visiting with them. I showed them several issues that had occurred simultaneously, so I didn't know how it was all tied together or which happened first. They were able to retrieve my email, found a copy of my One Drive and helped me set up a new One Drive Account that was an exact duplicate of what I had lost!! They helped me choose a better anti-virus and malware protection and cleaned up both computers and backed everything up to an external hard drive! I was SO relieved! They were SO patient and very knowledgeable....and so polite! They even helped me take my computers to and from the car Being a Realtor, I am often asked for referrals and I am very careful about who I refer...I have no reservations, TeamLogic IT-Plano is my new and only choice for IT!
