Best moving company ever. These guys are very upfront with everything. I called cuz i saw a grupon deal and they told me everything about the addtl fees and when they arrived here at my old place they told me how long it was going to take which allow me to decide based on my budget.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond made sure all of my furniture was secured and handled with care. Did everything that I asked plus more. Best moving company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. They have a forever customer. Thank you for everything that you guys do.

!!!! August 2024 Update !!!! See bottom: Robert Chavarria and his movers damaged my apartment’s property - this all on video - and they are 100% refusing to pay the damage they owe. The company has been non-responsive, evasive, and unwilling to accept the financial responsibility.
I encourage you all to not seek their services. For they are not professional or accountable for their own actions.
Unfortunately, it's not a matter of what is acceptable as a business to pay for damages that they have undoubtedly caused. The current estimate is ~$4.8k not anywhere near $10,000.
Because Teleport Movers doesn't agree with the repair costs, they won't pay for the damage they clearly made. This is not something that the apartment company has done to me.
This is a moving company - caught on video - damaging an apartment property with their moving truck, and refusing to pay the damage they caused because they don't like how much it costs.
Because of the clear evidence that Teleport Movers has damaged property with their moving truck and that they have refused to pay damage repair fees - I now am stuck with paying for an attorney to represent me, and pursue Teleport Movers for damages.
Taking responsibility for your actions is something every customer should expect of a "professional" moving company. Yet unfortunately, they have chosen to not do so.
2024 edit: After attempting again, to keep this out of court, we will have to sue. They have ignored all responsibility and legal communication for the past 8 months now. So, my lawyer has been trying to serve the registered agent Rigoberto Gomez, and in true fashion they have not yet been able to get contact with him either. There is something very unethical about this company at a foundational level.
I strongly reemphasize everyone to avoid business with Teleport Movers at all costs. They have completely evaded legal liability and it will now be an unfortunately larger financial mess for them because of it.
Update August 2024: The Secretary of State certified our motion for a default judgement. All legal efforts, process servers trying multiple address and associations, resulted in parallel disappointment. The Teleport Movers registered owner, “Rico Gomez,” stated that he, “doesn’t know anything about Teleport Movers.”
If you’d like to see the affidavits on nonservice, just let me know and I’ll get em to you!
This is evidently a very shady business with an elusive financial structure and commitment. I hope I save you from making the same horrible mistake of hiring Teleport Movers.
Yes. The judge quickly charged Teleport Movers in the judgement. Liable for all damages and charges.

Came across the company on Groupon and reached out to Robert who provided more details on the additional charges up front as well as giving me a deal. Very friendly and easy to work with. I initially set my moving time incorrectly but they were understanding and able to accommodate my needs. The movers arrived at the tail end of my arrival time and let me know before starting that based on the amount of stuff I had it would take longer than what I booked. They were willing to work with me by seeing how much they could do in 2 hours but l recognized my mistake with booking and paid for an additional hour. The whole move took 3 hours total for a 3rd floor 1 bed apartment to a 2nd floor apartment that was about 30 minutes away. and both movers worked very hard and diligently. If I ever move again I would definitely use them in the future

The movers were awesome and took care of our belongings like it was their own. I didn’t realize how much things we had and with only 2 movers it became a bit pricey with time going over. But overall the guys were extremely nice and took care of us throughout the whole process. Definitely using Teleport movers again! ??
