The staff here are incredible and always kept me updated on the progress. They made the experience seamless and easy from start to finish. They even recommended leaving my rental with them to save me an extra trip once I had picked up my car.

They have a great shop. Had a car crash and they were registered with my insurance as a vendor so I went with them. They got my car done sooner than their estimate, they worked with the insurance company, provided an Uber back home after I dropped the car off, overall a seemless experience and I hope I never have to use them again 😅

I had any place to choose for the repairs for my car I chose Texas Collision Centers over taking it to KIA I was impressed with the reviews. I just picked up my car today and I was amazed with the results, this is definitely a 5 star Collision Center!! I would recommend to anyone!!! And Jennifer was amazing with making sure my car was done right and keeping me updated. Ruth at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming!! Keep up the great work!!!

I was made aware of each step of my repair progress. My car looks wonderful, paint job was awesome! It looked brand new. Their attention to detail and the quality of work is simply stellar. The whole process was exemplary! Thank you again so much! My car look good y'all!!!

Matt was absolutely AMAZING!!! He communicated with me about the repairs needed, checked in with me to give me updates/estimated repair time, and gave updates to my insurance company. I would highly recommend anyone who needs repairs to Texas Collision Center of Plano. Their top priority is the safety of their clients and they go above and beyond in each detail of your vehicles repair. My car looked like a new car right off the lot when I arrived to pick it up.

Could not recommend this place enough. The people are some of the nicest and most accommodating in the industry. I used to just take my cars to my buddy Ricky, but this place showed me that it can be done with kindness and a great attitude.
The only issue is the location, is kinda hard to get to with all the construction.

I’ve had to bring my car here more than once and each time I have brought my car to Texas Collision it has always been handled with care and in a timely manner! The staff is wonderful. The front desk receptionist is nice and friendly, she helped make the process smooth. Mario, who was in charge of my car was very helpful and made sure my car was fixed properly and also stayed in contact with insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. Will always bring my car here for any repairs!
