VERY FRUSTRATED!! The automatic prescription system is not working properly. They never answer the phone and you can’t leave messages because their mailbox is full.

I initially gave this pharmacy five stars, but unfortunately I cannot fill here anymore. They are unable to fill any prescriptions that are considered controlled, even if it's not pain medication or something that could be abused. They were fantastic to me for almost seven years, and I'm deeply saddened that their ability to serve the community has been cut short. If you aren't filling a controlled medication, you should absolutely give them a try because they are very kind, good peole. I will miss their kindness and professionalism, and I'll miss how reliable they were.

I have been saddened to hear they won't fill controlled substances here any more. I've come here many for many years and contrary to what another review has said, this pharmacy has never ever made a mistake when filling my script. Through the last few years, under ever mounting pressure for patients on scheduled prescriptions, this pharmacy has done its best to help us whenever it can.

I have used Texas RX off and on for a long time. I use them for pain management meds, as my pain DR has an established relationship with them. I had a disappointing occurrence this month with my medication, and have since learned that the problem started with the pharmacist, Grant. I was called the evening of my refill date by the pharmacy and told I was getting a new medication. No explanation why. The following day,I received my meds via mail and my pain control medication was what had been changed. I made the mistake in assuming my doctor had initiated the change and just hadn't told me. NO! Apparently, Grant, the pharmacist, having no knowledge of my medical history, nor given me a physical exam, told my doctor I should be given a new, very costly, non-equivalent medication, that insurance was denying coverage for. After several days of withdrawal, and a week of time waiting for an appointment with my doctor to address the issue, I finally learned that my original medication was sent in for refill, but for some reason, my doctor was told I should try this other drug. Needles to say, it was a very unpleasant experience. And, despite convenience of use, I don't think I will use this pharmacy again. I just don't think the pharmacist should weigh in on my care with no working knowledge of ALL aspects of my treatment to date.

I am willing to drive 20 minutes to give this pharmacy my business every time. They have everything in stock. If they have a partial fill available, they will give you the amount on-hand and order the rest. I love this place and the people.

Overpriced 9k for one prescription.... dont go here!!!!! use good rx and go to cvs and I saved $8,954 no kidding. It's in a hospital and they think they can charge what they want.

My pills have been short by 12. One month my pain medication was actually Placebo pills. There was no pain relief at all. I talked to Grant when I got the bottle of fake pills to which he said and I quote I don't make mistakes. Well if they don't make mistakes it must be on purpose. Do not go to this Pharmacy. If you do, count, your pills. If they are short contact the Texas Board of Pharmacy. Only God knows how many people's pain pills they are taking.

This pharmacy deserves 5 stars. Never a long wait when you drop off a prescription compared to a local neighborhood pharmacy, which I have given up on unless it’s something you can wait a half a day or more to get filled—who has that spare time anymore!! Texas RX Pharmacy is great, accurate and always has what you need in stock! They have a team always willing to accommodate!
