My daughter Chloe has been at The Children’s Ark for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! The staff is absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to the kids. I’ve been so impressed with how much Chloe has learned and how well her education has progressed. It’s clear that they put a lot of care into both learning and creating a safe, nurturing environment. I feel confident every day knowing she’s in great hands. Highly recommend The Children’s Ark to any parent looking for a place that truly cares about their child’s growth and well-being!

The Director, Brenda Cristales, is one of the best. She is always attentive, friendly and welcoming and works hard every day to make The Children's Ark the place parents want their children to be: safe, happy, wholesome and sharing the good news of our Heavenly Father. And when she is called to the classroom, she never wavers and jumps right in with energy! The Children's Ark and its staff are there for you and your child . . . every time.

My daughter used to go here before she started school. It was a good experience, and the tradition continues. The director, the assistant director, and the teachers are awesome. This is a, affordable, Christ-centered preschool that you need to check out.

The new Director has done an amazing job turning things around for the better. My kids look forward to going to camp and are sad when it comes to Saturday, ha! Everyone is warm, welcoming and friendly. My kids have a great time that they don’t want to be picked up too early.

Was recommended by my coworker. I never put my first born in daycare. So this was very scary for me. My 2 year old loves it here and is always excited to go to school. She was really delayed in her milestones but now is slowly getting there. So proud of the hard work the teachers have put in for her to open up. Thank you to Brenda and Debbie for always being sweet. My baby loves her teacher and she doesn't open up a lot to people. So very thankful to the team there.*EDIT TO ADD.My baby is very wary of men. She loves Nathan and is always excited when Nathan comes to help in the classroom. Thank you so much Nathan for being so sweet to my baby!

We absolutely loved The Children’s Ark. I was so nervous to leave my daughter at daycare but everyone made it so much easier. They really loved on her like she was their own. She loved her Miss Brenda and Miss Sandra. We were so blessed to have found this place. She learned so much and grew so much! We recently moved and were so sad to leave. They made her last day special and had us all in tears. ? Can’t say enough great things about the director, teachers, and school! ❤️

The educators at this establishment are excellent with my children. They demonstrate a deep understanding that each child is unique and has individual requirements. My four-year-old daughter adores her teacher, and I can clearly see the attention and affection that my ten-month-old son's teacher has for him. They have invested time in getting to know my children and consistently offer detailed feedback about their day and any concerns they may have. The children all display friendliness towards each other and thrive in the positive environment that has been created for them.

I am so happy we picked this place! I toured 4 other daycares but loved that both times we came here the whole place is super kid friendly with decor, friendly staff who are always interacting with the kids, and safety measures. Our infant daughter has been here two months now and is always happy when we drop her off and she sees her classroom. When we pick her up she is playing or interacting with others. Always having a good time! They have a great app that updates me through the day on how much she is eating and drinking as well as pictures of fun and cute activities. It's always clean and I appreciate the security cameras, footage, observation window, and key pad at the door. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's at an affordable price! It was a big decision to trust our daughters care to others but we have been really happy with our decision.

My Kids attended this childcare for the “after-schoolers “ program . & Infant room. Great communication from the amazing teachers and director Ms.Brenda with any concerns you may have . They are always having activities/events going on for the kids … this is just all around a great daycare and the summer camp is one of the best I’ve seen since I been in DFW.

I worked at the Children’s Ark for about 9 months as the After-Schooler and summer camp teacher, and we made memories that will last a lifetime! It is a fun and educational environment where children can thrive and prepare for the next step in their life. The director is doing a great job of eliminating any parent concerns and keeping the kiddos happy and engaged. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I used to love this place. My kids were thriving. Here recently after a change, I noticed my kids were no longer coming home with new things they learned and were coming home with heavily soiled pull-ups EVERYDAY. To them telling me my children didn't bring their bag or it wasn't pull-ups in their bag today but then when I look in the bag in front of them it's plenty of pull-ups in the bag. No one just never took time to look. To them making comments about my sons attire. Ive noticed other things as well, one morning I was dropping off one of my children and she was crying, no one tried to comfort her. In fact the lady whom which I never seen before just let cry she didn't even try to say anything to her. From my kids being called a**holes, my son being crazy all from "teachers". I found the new director to be very RUDE. If you are running a business such as a daycare you should never call a parent and say their child is turning new parents away due to typical things a 3 year old does. I'm very disappointed at the turn events. Needless to say my children won't be back.

As the assistant director for a very short time. A lot of things were wrong as far as leadership was concerned. The director Soporia and her daughter D' Aundria did not display Christian values and mistreated several employees, including myself, I was confronted with anger by her daughter that quit a week ago about a key that was not left to me to properly operate the school in the director's absence. D'Aundria tried to fight me in front of several students who witnessed this bad street behavior. The center needs to be rebuilt with positive qualified leadership. May God heal and bless them!
