The Container Store in Plano offers storage and organization solutions and custom closets. It is a large store with plenty of inventory. Staff are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond, providing great service and ideas. Some find the store less inviting and feel it is now overpriced. The location is open for limited in-store shopping, contactless curbside pickup, and returns.
You will find organizational stuff and containers you didn't know you needed. Cool place for OCD people.

Tim was awesome!! Went above and beyond helping me calculating measurements and walked me over to another area of the store with even better containers. Also searched the store for silicon cupcakes. Grateful!

I love The Container Store, or shall I say loved. I remember being able to spend hours perusing through organizational items and coming up with ideas for various things.
Now, the store is so overpriced and less inviting, I may as well stick with Amazon. Sorry that a simpler time has passed.
