I have been trying to sell a home as of earlier this year. The first realtor I worked with couldn’t get the house sold due to a lien on it so I was discouraged. When David Bentinck reached out, I did feel like I could trust his work. Several other people have called but they just didn’t feel right so I gave David a chance. His professionalism, hard work and dedication finally paid off. He and his team did a tremendous job in getting things done. I highly recommend them for future work.

The Good Home Team held the listing for a property my realtor took my family and me to see. We loved the listing and called the listing agents before we left the property for an application and to discuss details. They never called or emailed my realtor back. I also called, 3 times, as time is winding down before school starts and left messages with their reception. A day and a half went by without any contact and I received an email from the home search portal stating that the home was now for sale, not lease. The co-listing agent called me about an hour later and said he knew I’d been trying to reach him. They never called my agent back. Poor communication and response time.

Moving from Louisiana to Texas has not been an easy task. Packing up and starting a new life and getting adjusted is already stressful and not knowing anything about the bigger city is tough also. I was rushed into my apartment and I am set on purchasing my 1st home. I have the general Idea but really needed help to make sure I am getting a great deal for me and my family. I also wanted to make sure I feel taken care of and just want to make sure I’m making the right home purchasing decision.
