Extremely bad service. She put 5 lashes per eye and when I said it doesn’t look anything more than my own lashes, she added a few more. They charged me $255 for 10 lashes per eye. Bad glue, my eyes started itching and I had to go to a different place the next day to get it removed and re done. Never recommend this place to anyone!

I got a level one hybrid for $178. My technician never asked me what type of shape or length I wanted. It's a hybrid but it looked more natural than a classic. It was very comfortable enough for me to sleep for an hour and 30 however five days later compared to my previous lash sets it fell off pretty quick. I've been to many lash artists and studios but this one has the worst retention.

I booked a hybrid set, mind you I've been getting hybrid sets for YEARS. I know the difference between volume, hybrid, and classic sets. I spent $300 and even though it was pricey I had an event that week so I decided to go for it. Upon arriving I showed my stylist the picture of what I wanted. She agreed that she could do that. The set I got was barely a classic. A few days later it looked like I was due for a full weeks ago. I do not recommend this place. I will say they had me come back and comped a 30 minute fill. The stylist said very aggressively "I only have 30 minutes" and then proceeded to gaslight me about my expectations. I'll include the picture of what I wanted. They said that would be an "ultra volume set" crazy. I was polite, thanked them for their time and left. I will not be coming back

I went for a lash lift, came out extremely unsatisfied, it looked I had done nothing, I paid my service and then they wanted to charge me again? Because supposedly my card didn’t went thru, I paid with debit and it’s showing in my bank statements,
When asking what could be done about the poor service I received Aaron told me there was nothing to be done, but she could offer me a discount on my next visit ? No thank you, this is my first time there and ain’t going there again for sure.
The owner was using a rude tone with me and not really providing a solution.
Before I left I made sure the receptionist had seen my lashes that had literally nothing done on them she told me she could see what I was talking about,

The girl I went to last time no longer works here. It was last minute to try and reschedule me with someone else. When I say last minute I mean I couldn't get scheduled anywhere else the weekend I needed it done. They did get me in the same day I had my appointment which I was very happy about at the time. Now I wish I didn't. My lashes are awful. I've only done a lash lift twice now so I went with what the stylist recommended on the curl and she seriously curled them so much they do a full U back into themselves. At the time they looked good when I left.. I guess after setting in for a bit they changed?? They look a mess. Some lashes are not curled anymore and others do almost a full circle. I did not get them wet. I stayed away from water the full 24hr. I'm guessing it was a stylist issue as the first time I came here I loved my lashes and didn't have any problems with them. I want to pull these literally off my eye lid I hate them so much. The picture is from my first appointment with the stylist that is no longer there.

The BEST experience I’ve ever had in any salon setting. The staff is polite, patient and accommodating. I’ve never felt so welcome and comfortable. They took such great care of me! Liz is the best!!!!

I got my lashes done here last week for a friends wedding and got SO many compliments on them! The staff was also so nice and helpful as it was my first time! Definitely going back and only using them in the future

I booked an appointment for a full set with a stylist in training for my boyfriends graduation that I’m going out of town for tomorrow. While I was aware ahead of time that she was in training, I showed the stylist in training before hand 2 pictures of what I was looking for. She said that she is only allowed to do a level one volume but would add more and that it would look more like the 2nd picture I showed her. The second picture I showed her is not at all what I got. I was also there for 3 hours and was in pain almost the whole time. It felt like my lashes were being ripped out and she had to unstick every single lash almost. A higher up stylist came by to show her how to fix that and it helped but was still painful. At the end she lathered a ton of bonder straight on my lash line and it immediately starting burning I told her and she said okay looks like you can’t use that and while she was very sweet and got me a fan I was still in pain from start to finish. I told the stylist in training I thought they’d look thicker and she said well I’m only allowed 65 lashes, another thing I didn’t know. I told the manager and front desk people about how I wasn’t informed they would look this natural (my lashes look 20x better with mascara) and that it would look more like the picture I showed and the front desk lady said did you not sign a waiver and I said no not at all was never told to. I asked to get them removed and was told there was no time the next day at all. I’m not trying to be rude I just wish I had all the info before hand and I feel like the only right thing to do would’ve been to find the 30 min the next day to get my removal. I sat in my car and cried for about 10 minutes because I was looking forward to this all week and now have to go with the worst lash extensions I’ve ever seen and the longest, worst most painful experience ever. All of the employees were very nice I just feel like there could’ve been a better solution to my situation.

This was my first time coming to this location and I’m very pleased! I did a lash removal with Mai, a technician who works there. She was extremely gentle with my sensitive eyes. No burning at all. She made the whole process a breeze. Place was very clean too! 10/10
