i’m going to preface this by saying I am a loyal tiffany customer and have alot of wonderful pieces from the company, for the first time today I went to legacy west store and Kelly the sales associate gave me the service from HELL. I went in today to get a knot out of my necklace, upon telling her my reasoning for arrival she proceeds to ask me in a very micro aggressive manner if my necklace was actually from Tiffany. I wouldn’t walk into the store and
ask anyone for a service on something that isn’t from the retailer. I wasn’t the only one that thought it was odd, my partner as well thought it was off and very egregious. I will now continue my business with the Tiffany store in Northpark, i love Legacy west but not enough to get treated like i’m beneath anyone! I hope no one else receives service like that because it truly is disgusting and unnecessary

Nice employees! Today I went in to purchase champagne glasses for a wedding gift. The online inventory said they had them in stock. I drove 30 min out of my way to purchase them in store. When I arrived I was informed they didn’t have them and they also could not print a gift message. Won’t be going back! It’s not hard to have accurate online inventory. For such a high end store I expected better.

Highly recommend reaching out to Maria Josue. We came in because I was incorrectly advised at the T&Co Galleria location years ago that resizing my engagement and wedding rings would be much more costly. This prevented me from wearing my rings for years, and hesitant about T&Co. However, we came to this location and Maria was so friendly and super helpful with getting my rings resized. She was clear about what we could expect, and was communicative about status updates. She also helped me with getting another wedding/anniversary band. Thank you so much, Maria! You restored my faith about T&Co brand lol.

You pay x amount of money at what is suppose to be a prestigious jeweler and they want to charge you a fraction of what you paid for said item to fix what is likely a manufacturer error. Insane. We will never purchase or recommend another item from Tiffany’s. You’ve lost our business and from the reviews, a lot of others as well.

This is the least friendly Tiffany’s I’ve ever been to. I bought earrings and they didn’t even give me a case. Later, when I realized and asked for one, they treated me like I was being unreasonable. They also didn’t provide the proper box for the case, and never once apologized. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. Not recommended.

Tomoni and Sarah were the greatest!! Tomoni helped me find the perfect necklace and they both helped cleaned my old tiffany necklace and it came out perfect!! Their staff was very accommodating and kind and I will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointed with service. Bracelet charm fell and they will charge you to repair. Also a ring needed to be reshaped and they wanted to charge 150. You would think they had a better warranty then just 30 days for a luxury store

This Tiffany in particular takes advantage of people. I have contacted corporate as well. I bought a necklace from Tiffany for my girlfriend. The chain is very thin and she was adjusting it at dinner and it broke very easily. I had purchased it like 2 weeks before this. She took it to this Tiffany and asked if they could fix it. I told my girlfriend to ask how much it would cost. She told me that this Tiffany told her it would be free because it’s a recent purchase. She went to pick it up today and they held the necklace and demanded $70 for her to get it back. This business is operated by predatory management and I would advise TO NEVER SHOP HERE.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions.
This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security.
While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.

They don’t do free service for cleanings anymore. An email to customer in this change would have had been appropriate as jewelry companies like pandora and James Avery still hold their promise in free cleaning after purchase.

Went here with my fiance and the girl who was helping us did a very poor job. She acted like we were an inconvenience because we hadn’t made an appointment. When we were trying on bands she didn’t have gold bands in our sizes so it is hard to envision what you want when you are trying on bands that don’t fit or aren’t the right color. They don’t keep stock well and then you end up having to still order online. Overall, poor experience. The Tiffany’s in Chicago gave us a far better experience and were stocked appropriately. This feels like an outlet Tiffany’s and not a true Tiffany’s store.
