Kid named elias is a day ruiner. I saw several faces go from happy to not happy after one interaction. If your employees are going to be that awful to your customer send them home please.

horrible service need people that can speak english and Spanish some of the ladies cannot even help you close the lottery and let u wait on line and don't say anything the only one that knows what he is doing is Victor he should be running the place just horrible

this was my favorite go to bakery .. not so much anymore.. it has changed , not in a positive direction.. very little Or no cheese or jalapeño on the cheese and jalapeño bagels.. yesterday they were very under baked and looking sad. so disappointing. Last time I grabbed a bad of them and it wasn't what the label said...I used to live near by and always grabbed a few as often as possible. Left the store empty handed..after driving 30 miles one way. Sigh

The staff here is rude. I was getting a free offer on my phone with a friend and the staff shamed me and my friend for using our free offers. She acted like we were responsible for empty their shelves for redeeming our free items. They rarely even have the right brands for the free offers on the apps yet they act surprised and angry that people redeem it when the right brand is there. Go to any other Tom Thumb in the area; this store is to be avoid as much as possible.

Tom Thumb home delivery service is horrible. 1st time my delivery was a "no-call no-show" I had to call thier after hours number to find out what happened to my groceries. Tom Thumb repaid it will take up to an hour to find out the status. I did not receive a call till the next day, with only excuses. 2nd time my delivery was a "no-call no-show" I called the after hours number listed on my email receipt. The rep. had no idea, said he would look into the situation and provide me with an update in one hour. I never received that call. Someone from Tom Thumb called the next day saying it was a computer failure, and was extremely sorry. So I reordered my same grocery items for the next day, for the 3rd time, "no-call "no-show." I called the number on the receipt questioning the status of my delivery, since it was 30 minutes after the latest possible time for delivery. Rep. had no idea, but would call me back within one hour, no call received. The next day the same gentleman from Tom Thumb called with the same apologies, but no resolution. ***Each time I placed my grocery order and Tom Thumb did not deliver my groceries, they still charged my credit card, then took 2 days to credit my account!!** Do not use Tom Thumb Home Delivery service.

Customer Service was so rude! I have shopped here for several years and this is the first time I have ever returned an item. We bought some Cheerios and ended up not needing all the boxes. I went to return 2 boxes that I had only purchased the week before. As soon as we stepped forward, Linda, the Service Supervisor rudely asked "why would you be returning cereal?" I explained and she truly was not happy about it and continued to speak to us in a rude and sarcastic tone. It was clear on my receipt that we had bought them on sale for 2 boxes of the family size for $11.98. It should have been easy to figure out the return amount but apparently it wasn't. She started using her phone to figure it out. 5 minutes later she finally had us insert the credit card and she only gave us a return if $11.78. I certainly wasn't going to quibble over $0.20 but clearly not only is she rude but she isn't very proficient in her job. I do not have high expectations for customer service to improve since she is the Supervisor. What a poor example she sets.

This store just sold me rotten lettuce. They charge twice as much as most other grocery stores (except Whole Foods and Central Market), and still they sell their customers rotten lettuce. I opened it the moment I got home, and there wasn't enough on the head worth eating for even a small salad. That's the kind of store this, and the kind of people that run it. Take as much as possible from the customer, while giving as little as possible back. Screw them every chance you get; they're the enemy. Well, guess what? You're right...now.

I am not savvy on stores requiring me to use a smart phone to get a sales price. In fact I never did it before but, I downloaded the app. Then I went in to the Parker & Independence location and John H helped me to understand how to use it. It was in the evening so he had time to show me. This was two days ago & I am already back! Thank you John! You just don't find people like him that go above & beyond in their job to help a customers. (No. I do not know him personally!) Kudos to Tom Thumb and John H! Thank you.

Went to the deli to grab some roasted chicken for dinner and ordered the 8 piece. While preparing the order, the person working at the deli counter moved the delicious looking pieces of chicken and selected the smallest, driest & most shriveled up pieces that were underneath. I didn't say anything at the time but will never go back for the deli. Otherwise, I like shopping at this store.
