Five stars for this pharmacy. The staff here is extremely friendly, very attentive, and very efficient. I was able to speak with someone on the phone, and he handled everything in the matter of a few minutes. Came through the drive-thru so I didn't get anyone sick (something big circulating in the community January 2024), and it was less than 5 minutes before I was back on my way home. Can't thank this great team enough. If you're tired of never being able to communicate with someone or waiting for 10-15 customers at CVS/Walgreens, I highly recommend you try out this Tom Thumb. I think you'll be glad you did!

Since transferring my family’s prescriptions from CVS and Walgreens to this pharmacy, they have been filled much, much more quickly, sold to me at lower prices, and I have always been given wonderful service. Would definitely recommend using them.

Don't bother calling the pharmacy. When they answer, they will immediately put you on hold and never come back to the phone. I waited over five mintues and nothing.

I have celiac disease. Since my diagnosis (over a decade ago), I’ve used probably have a dozen different pharmacies. This one is by far the best in terms of listening to my concerns about gluten, understanding and then doing the research to make sure I’m safe. They proactively (i.e., without waiting for me to ask) make sure that I understand not only new prescriptions, but even changes to my existing prescriptions. They’re also very friendly and otherwise helpful. To be clear, they’re demonstrably better than other pharmacies we’ve used. The lead pharmacists here seem particularly good.

the customer service department is terrible. they will send you away if they have to do actual work rather than trying to help. definitely need more experience

So I love my Tom Thumb grocery store, it is the absolute best, EXCEPT the dude at the deli counter. I don't know what his problem is, he always has a bad attitude and today he said, "I didn't want to cut anymore meat" and "I have a lot of stuff to do" it was early in the evening and he asked what I needed and replied, "is that all ma'am?" And after I requested the other item he huffed and replied "Is that all ma'am?" And just incredibly rude. I rarely ever go to the deli counter, because everytime I go this guy is back there with a bad attitude and acts like I've ruined his day, but telling me and my family that he didn't want to cut anymore meat, because he is busy, is a bit out of line, given the fact it was early in the evening.Unacceptable behavior every single time.The rest of my shopping trip was wonderful, but just that encounter alone made me pretty upset and my husband was not pleased, because even he can attest that this employee has been rude to me more than once and I was going to tell him to forget the whole order, but I have been craving London Broil ? and I really should have called the manager on duty, because I know these are not the normal standards of Tom Thumb.

The folks that work at this pharmacy are AMAZING. The drive thru was "out of order" for a few weeks for some reason, but otherwise they are top notch, thoughtful, and efficient. Everyone knows exactly what's going on unlike the large chain pharmacy competitors that give you mixed info depending on who you talk to. I've never had a problem or miscommication with them - an amazing feat apparently. ? PS- VERY LOW prices on generics!

Stay clear of this place unless you like expired food. Just in this place today and was looking for oranges and some cheese. The oranges on the shelf were turning green with mold and the cheese I purchased was expired by a month. You would think that in this day of age they would know when food needs to be pulled off the shelf but it seems the store is run by idiots. Shop there at your own risk Update....I just got a message response from Tom Thumb, they want me to contact them to discuss my concerns... lol... what they really want to do is to get me to withdraw my post... rather then looking into the problem with their store. No way I'm hell I'm going to withdraw my statement.

This is the worst Tom Thumb I've ever been in my life and I've been to many of them. They have good flowers and meat. that's about it. Almost every time I go they overcharged me and I have to go to the service desk to get a refund and act like they never heard about their policy to get it free if they overcharged you. Almost always a long line .They're too cheap to have more than one cashier even though their prices are very high.
