The cuts are great. The service and efficiency...not so much. The price? Wowza....do I get some jewelry with that cut and style? I recently had horrible service when the Dallas Galleria salon was closed abruptly. Got a vm message telling me to reschedule at the Plano salon. Don't know why they didn't just honor the original appointment. Rescheduled online. But still got reminders about the previous appointment. Clearly, they aren't managing their processes very well. Went to appointment right on time. Was told stylist would be with me shortly. 20 minutes go by with no update and stylist is still working on another client. WTH? Not cool or professional. Especially when the cut and stke costs $100. If I wanna be disrespected and ignored, I'll go back to online dating. Lol

The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. I strongly recommend Michael to everyone. He is an expert in hairdressing. My hair has been through a lot, and he went about the best option for my hair to not get damaged even more. He was careful with my hair and gave me an amazing haircut and blowout afterwards! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back! For reference, this is my before and after, and I could not be happier with the results!

I called and asked for a complete hair dye, cut and blowout. She asked darker or lighter and I said darker. I asked if the blowout was additional and she said it was included with the cut price. I get there and they miss booked me for a root touch up so I had to wait another 35-40 minutes for another stylist. I said I need to be done by 4:00-4:30 and she said they should be done by then. I had an exact picture of the color I wanted and she said sometimes it's darker than we think and asked about another shade. I said as long as it's chocolate I trust you. It turned out to be reddish brown and not close to the picture at all. I don't get done with my cut until 5:30 and did not get a blowout. I was late to my work Christmas party and when I asked what happened and why I was booked for a root touch up when I specifically asked for a complete dye the person at the desk just explained a root touch up takes x amount of time and I said I understand that but I was miss booked and they didn't say anything. The stylist who was supposed to do my hair offered to fix it but it has just been a complete mess and I left visibly upset.

This was my first time ever coming here… I literally loved it so much! I recommend Audrey Pho. She literally made me feel so welcomed. I was very indecisive about the length I wanted but she helped me understand what best would suit me. She’s just overall amazing! I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Iyah May absolutely cooked when she gave me a haircut. Went from no girl looking my way to absolutely drowning in lil shawtys. 20/10 would definitely get a haircut here again.Service: Haircut

This place was go to place for very long time but last visit left my hair and mind with bad taste. Hair designer was working on 2 different people at a same time leaving my hair dry after a high lightThe gentleman who cut my hair smelled like cigarettes pouch, and he had no idea what I asked for even after I shared a photoI will not be returning here and spend 400 dollars again

I had appointment for haircut and color, Claudia didn’t want to touch my hair because she thought I did boxed color three weeks ago. I have done professional color and she seems to ignore what ever information I was giving to her.. I wanted highlights which was so do able and I done it before. Bk gave me Haircut she did good job styling my hair but she didn’t gave me haircut what I wanted. I asked her to give me layers instead she gave me long layers with texturizing. Seems like she was scared to cut my hair since I have thick and curly hair. I could have get the same haircut at super cut. And paid lot less.

I have been a T&G fan for 22 years nearly, and have only strayed a couple of times. Those were huge mistakes and I have since never "cheated" on going to a fabouls T&G Salon! I have been to a few over the years, and I loved the warmer feel of this one with the black and gold accents with the rich colored wooden cabinets, versus the modern studio look of the salons that are mostly white.

Kim chi is who does my hair, she’s excellent!! If you need highlights or color she’s the best. My hair looks amazing, looks natural. I highly recommend.

Was very disappointed at Claudia’s unprofessional conduct. I came in for a scheduled mini partial (highlights around the face). She asked what needs to be done, I stated it was booked for a mini partial. Also i pointed out that I did my roots yesterday but not to worry as that’s not where the highlights need to start. She said she doesn’t feel comfortable doing my hair. When asked why she said it’s because she would need to go and find where it had been previously highlighted to follow the pattern. But I had already stated this in the appointment booking that this was the scenario. It was clear she didn’t even read this. Then she storms off to the reception and disappears. I’m trailing behind her. By this time im a bit confused as I thought that’s what a stylist is supposed to do, work to do highlights and find those pieces around the face. But not Claudia.Besides I was advised by the previous T&G to come in to lift it once more after first time. I even offered Claudia the product number they told me to share with the next T&G stylist to finish the job. When I asked the receptionist to go back and ask her to clear the air and finish the conversation with me to clarify her reasoning before I complain to manager, Claudia refused stating I had an attitude. That’s laughable. I did nothing but answer questions. At that’s when I truly realized this is a low class individual, but that also this Toni & Guy has chosen to hire such unprofessional people. Would appreciate a manager to reach out on this. Thanks, Armi

Liz at t&G is the BEST ! Have been going to her for years for my hi-lights - she is amazing, and so fast/efficient too!
