The process of check-in and drop off was very easy. It was completed faster than I thought it would take.

The hitch seems secure and works for my car. What I did not like was that the trim had to be cut to fit onto the car, which is new. I wasn’t notified about that prior to the installation and that would have been something I would have wanted to know.

Very nice people. Had rented the ready to go boxes. All in good condition.
