Big fan of TM clothing but man the workers at this location are rude. Walk in and there are no other customers in store with not a single hello or welcome. 3 workers all sitting at counter and didn't ask if I needed help. I had to walk up to counter to ask for assistance and when they weren't able to provide with answer there is no apology. Where has customer service gone? Then again we are in Plano/Frisco where everyone is entitled

Love shopping at this location. The staff is always super helpful and I love the quality of their clothes. Any time I’ve had an issue with sizing or anything the staff is happy to help. I like that the store always looks clean and organized.

The staff at this location are amazing!!! Make sure you ask for Matt or Courtney when you go there. Their loyalty program is also amazing so make sure you sign up for it because they constantly send 20% off coupons and then you can use your loyalty points to save even more money on top of that!! The Cloud Collection never disappoints, make sure to check out their new Cloud Denim Jackets!

Who ever is saying this place has Amazing customer service I’m sorry but I guess you are accustomed to just being rang out…. Walked around for 30 minutes without any checking in or trying to build any sort of rapport. When I was ready to check out stood there for a few before I was even asked if I was ready AND to top off this AMAZING experience they have the guts to ask I want to join their loyalty program. A BIG f no. Do yourselves the favour and go shop at LuLu or Freddy Ljundberg for actual customer service and product.

this store is a joke. customer service? Non existent. Walked around for 30 minutes with no greeting or offer to help. Then they ask if I want to join their loyalty club. Ha! save yourself the time and spend more money at lulu or Freddy ljundburg.

My father and I visited your store Saturday evening (June 26) around 5 PM. 3 employees were in the store; however, there were no other customers. When we entered the store, the employees simply stared at us and did not greet us. We were prepared to purchase multiple clothing items and some shoes; however, when we had a bit of trouble finding the correct shoe size, none of the employees offered their assistance despite watching us searching for sizes. I will state again that we were the only customers in the store. Due to the behavior of the staff, we left the store and were able to purchase the same items at PGA Superstore, where we received excellent customer service. We still love the TravisMathew brand, but will not be visiting this store again.

The rating is based on service and not the clothes. Love the clothes as well as how they fit, but the in store service provided at this location seems to be inconsistent across the customer base. My wife stopped in to pick up a shirt for Father's Day, she was the only customer in the store at the time and the sales associate (blonde young lady) did not acknowledge her until my wife approached her to ask a question about the shirt. She made the decision to purchase from the website. Stopped in today, I / we were not greeted by the sales associates hanging out at the cash wrap, same blonde young lady and an Asian young man this time. My family went for a walk and I noticed the next set of customers that entered the store were greeted by the Asian young man and were also provided additional assistance. I was within visual view of this particular sales associate but was not acknowledge by him, the other associates walking around the store or the management level individual Wo was there at the time. As I walked around the store, no one ever greeted me or ask if I needed any help. I shared my feedback with the individual who stated he was at the management level. He seemed passive about my experience and responded with "sales associates are trained to acknowledge customers when they enter the store and that he would address." I will know how seriousply my concerns were viewed when I go back to exchange the shirt for a different size. I will most likely shift to shopping with TravisMathew on the website or at Nordstrom's and rarely visit any retail location anytime soon.

I was trying to order the Between the Lines glove online but they were sold out. I tried calling the Austin store, they were also sold out. I was determined to get that damn glove, so I called this store. I spoke to a gentleman and told him what I wanted. He told me that they did have that in stock and he had no issue with shipping it down to Houston (where I live). The box arrived quickly and to my surprise there was more than just a glove in the box. Inside was a hand written note to enjoy some free hats, stickers, and bottle openers. I appreciate the customer service that was provided to me and just wanted to let the folks reading these reviews to know how I was treated. Give them some business and definitely buy a Between the Lines glove.

Had an online order to pick-up. Toddler fell asleep in the car en route, and Sierra (sp?) was gracious enough to walk my items out to the car. I was so glad I did not have to wake him up to go in for 30 seconds and strap him back in - avoided a total meltdown and tantrum for me. Will certainly return to this store in the future.

Customer service is NOT dead!!! Wow.. I'm blown away. My husband has about a dozen shirts from Travis Mathew and they are his favorite. I had bought him a shirt for his birthday a few weeks ago. He wore it once and got a stain on it that wouldn't come out after several washings. I just went into the Legacy store in Plano and asked to exchange it. I fully expected this to be a huge ordeal but was pleasantly surprised that they just exchanged it within 2 minutes! We are a Travis Mathew customer for life! Thank you!!
