Came here for my birthday to pick up some cards and potentially a hobby box. The know it all kid with the glasses was incredibly rude. As I’m making a stack of cards to buy, he randomly asks “are you ready?” while I’m still clearly going through the box. I make my purchase and asked for a bag then he proceeds to roll his eyes. Plenty of other shops to choose from. Avoid this one and their terrible customer service.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient staff! And the prices are solid! It’s hard to match or even beat online prices, but these guys do. Big fan. (And thank you for the Chrome Nolan Gorman Auto /499 I got from a blaster I got there on Tuesday! And 3 other cards I already sold from my trip there that paid for everything I bought x2!)

I had a fantastic experience at Triple Cards & Collectibles. Their prices are reasonable, they always have a well-stocked selection, and their customer service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

These guys are rude and greedy. Everything is always ridiculously over priced compared to market. Don’t even attempt to try and negotiate with them. They do not care at all about about the collecting communities. It sucks because I have friends from out of state who rave about how great their LCS are and I’m stuck with these guys ? Gave 2 stars because they do always have a good selection.

I just started to get into this hobby and the guys (I forgot his name) was super helpful. I bought 2 boxes and will def come back here to buy more. If me and my wife didn’t have plans, I would have opened the cards there. Thanks!!!

Stopped by this place while down in the area for a Stars and Mavericks game coming from Joplin MO. While in there a gentleman gave my son a box of hockey cards and we bought a couple of boxes. The boxes we bought were the best pulls we ever had. The whole 6 hour drive home my son talked about this shop the whole way home even after going to the 2 games.

Great place to shop for Pokemon TCG cards, as well as to send off all sorts of cards to get graded at PSA. Good pricing and great customer service.

Trusted their recommendations for submissions and spent a lot of money on Express for several cards. Grades came back lower than expected and none of the cards are worth more than the cost of the submissions. On top of that they're not a friendly shop compared to several others in DFW.

The Plano location is nice, employees make themselves available to answer questions, and there's a big selection of cards. The Keller location sucks. The guy that was "working" when I stopped in acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking questions about some of the boxes I was interested in. It seemed like he was much more interested in sitting there talking to a couple of other guys that came in. Decent selection of boxes, but not much else, really.

Made a deal with Wyatt. He was super nice on explaining the process, as I hadn’t done trading in cards before. Gave me a good deal, and will definitely be back.
