I initially went in to have necklace repaired, the woman helping me suggested I purchase a new chain so the necklace would be stronger. I agreed. Once I picked up my order I noticed that the chain I was given was actually 10k gold when I had paid for 14k. The gentleman I picked it up from gave me a refund for the difference on the spot, but the fact that it wasn’t done correctly (and I was the one who caught the error) left me with a bad impression. About a week later my necklace came apart, it’s a nameplate necklace and the rings that connect it to the chain weren’t soldered and they weren’t connected well.

I've used their services on several occasions, mainly for watch repairs. The service has always been great and the prices for the repairs always reasonable. On one occasion I took a watch their to get fixed. A few weeks later it broke again. I took it back and asked them to fix it one more time, expecting to pay the usual price. When they returned it to me with a permanent fix, they waived the cost. Definitely my go to place for any watch servicing that I need done in the future.

I just took several pieces I bought years ago at Tuscany Jewelers to be appraised at another professional appraiser. I found out that some of the pieces were in fact NOT REAL, but lab made. Do not trust their good "discounts" and their fake "appraisals"! Included were"Sapphire", "Emerald " and "Ruby" Pendants. I want to spread the word and warn their customers!

Buyer Beware!! Tuscany Jewelers sells "lab made" gems as Real Natural gems! They even gave me "Appraisals" on Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald pendants as Real Natural Gems. A professional appraiser just told me my heirlooms weren't real, but lab made! Don't believe their "wonderful discounts"!
