Make sure the customer is aware of the mileage BEFORE they leave the lot. Allow them to monitor their miles while they have the truck. My display only showed gas usage and I feel like that is a bit sketchy!!!!

Unprofessional remote location. Attendant did not walk through vehicle with me or print mileage and gas info. I had to take photos. They charged my card $112 for a $29 rental truck. I put gas in vehicle and they still charged me for 7 gallons of gas. I used on 33 miles. One way would have been only 15 miles. They did not allow me to drop truck off by my new house. So, I incurred another 18 miles to return vehicle. Located inside a nasty convenient store.

People be mindful of this location, if you in a hurry forget about going to this place, they run a gas station and a U-Haul at the same time! Good luck getting out of there fast! They will charge for premium insurance when not ask for, they will overcharge for extra days when you only use it for a couple of hours!
Won’t be doing business at this place any longer!

Fair price, clean truck that operated smoothly, friendly, helpful guy at the counter. Gas station attached, so you can put gas in the truck as you check it in, priced same as local gas stations, so no gouging. We were very pleased with our experience.

the gentleman helping did not start checking us in until after 8am, when our reservation began at 8am and we even arrived 10 min early. Then he did not speak fluent English so it was hard to understand him. When I had to ask him to repeat himself, he would get mad and rude. He took a personal phone call while he was checking us in, which put us behind schedule. Then he proceeded to tell me to be back earlier than 1pm which is when I had the vehicle until because he had another reservation at 1. My reservation was at 8 and we did not leave the store until 8:45. We had to rush to get moved and have the truck back before 1pm. I do not recommend this location at all. Rude and unprofessional.

Do not give them your credit or debit card.Do not rent a uhaul unless you want to getted chargered. Over and over again daily 5 days after your rental.They told me a truck cost 59 dollars . Ended much more.They will Roach your money out your account everyday. Even took my last 2 dollar!!And there trucks gas hand is rigged. You will be told not to worry the gas hand takes a little to settle.Then get chargeed extra $30 dollars on top of your gas you put in !

Had a reservation for a truck rental scheduled but I get to the store to find out no one is there. I call the number, they don’t answer. I leave a voicemail and they never call back so I had to cancel.
