If I could give this location negative stars I would. But I have to settle for a 1 star rating. I’ve been a storage/truck renter here at this location for YEARS. I’ve never had any complaints about management up until now. Just recently there was a management switch and I am deeply missing Anthony. He was compassionate, had a great personality and we always had a good conversation when I was on property. Always a good experience. The new manager, Jessica, is a monotone robot that lacks empathy and only cares about company policy. Every time I’m on site none of the new employees seem to know where she is, and when she’s finally located she’ll be tucked away in her office. I miss the friendly, inviting environment and energy this location used to have. Not only that I miss the old staff. I do want to give a shot out to Austin, Addie, and Sarah. Whenever Anthony wasn’t around, they ALWAYS knew what to do. And not only that their customer service was AMAZING and they’re inviting attitudes always made me feel welcomed at Uhaul. If you wanna deal with a Uhaul Robots this is the location for you! If you’re looking for a more customer service oriented location, I suggest taking your business else where.

Where do I begin. The truck I got had issues listed below:1. The tailgate door was jammed and very tight to close. needed 2 people to close and then the latch wont lock up you need to lift up and down 2 times to lock.2. The Headlight of truck was pointing to right lane as oppose in the lane where the truck is being driven. High beam worked and had to resort to that but this should not be the case.3. The hand gear dashlight is broken. During night you/driver does not know if the truck is in P, R, N, D, 1,2 or 3 because the light is broken so driver cannot see the needle is pointing to which gear. I have to use flash light to see where the needle is pointing to.4. When truck goes over 70 MPH on highway, the whole body shakes as if its about to fall apart. Everything makes noise.When I got the truck and even before I could drive an inch, I noticed this trailgate issue and truck has been driven 153,000 miles. I told customer service to change the truck but they were rude. Both of employees were chatting happily but wont help.Pathetic experience.

Poor experience with this location. Staff seemed a bit new so I can understand that they can make mistakes as they're trained. However, the pick up trucks I needed were all unable to open the tailgates. I would have liked some knowledge of that prior to the day of my move. I am also being charged for tolls I did not take after switching my rental to a cargo van. It seems like whoever rented the pick up truck that I initially booked will be getting a free pass on the tolls they took, while I pay for their toll usage and my rental on top of that. I understand that the local staff may not have control over billing, but they can at least double check that the vehicle I did not use is going to end up costing me more by not taking my name or reservation off the vehicle in their system.

I’ve always done business at this Willow Bend location since 2017 and each time, the service has been great. All last week, I was having an issue with reserving a 10’ truck at the U haul College Station and came into the Willow Bend location, Jessica assisted me with what I needed and the rate was much more reasonable. I appreciate the Over and Beyond Customer Service provided to me yesterday! Thanks so much, Jessica! I highly recommend this Willow Bend U-haul location to anyone.

When I arrived there was no parking anywhere, it was raining and I decided to park in front because I was just going for something very quick. A worker came out in a rude manner to yell at me and then when we got off she treated us very badly.

Sometimes we get too busy to thank people that help us. I always rent cargo vans for our business. Our company van was recently stolen so I really depend on trucks. I placed an order for a 9 day rental but Sheila just called me and asked if I needed ti convert my quote to an order. I was shocked and super happy she contacted me! Thank you Sheila!

Likely misspelling this but "Kian" who checked us out when we dropped off was Outstanding! <-- Give this guy a promotion. That said, our reservation somehow ended up under someone else's name with my phn #, causing a slight delay, and the General Manager who rented to us in the morning failed to explain some things such as a Hold being placed on our Bank Account. But overall our experience was Good.

I was a little hesitant to rent in this location because of a low review but thankfully did! It was my first time to rent a uhaul ever and the process was easy and smooth. I drove a10’ van and it was easy to drive, it had a working heater and ac! The only missing is a visor on the driver side. Will definitely come to this location again!

Very good service! They just should simplify it a little more when renting since there is a lot of protocol which makes it cumbersome.
