Service was okay, but there were complications with them, samsung and myself.
I'll only go back for simple fixes like a cracked screen

The price was quoted at $39 twice. When I picked the phone up,the price had risen to $85. They gave me a $10 discount "for my trouble ".

I called them prior and went into the store and they don't have time to fix it today. Don't take appointments when you don't have time to provide the service.

So Shady. This business is part of Asurion. Which is a scam. I took two PS5 controllers to UBREAKIFIX Plano on COIT / Springcreek. The person I spoke to advised I should sign up for Asurion Home, wait 30 days, and then bring the controllers back and they would be covered and repair them for free. I signed up and paid the monthly fee and waited 31 days. Once I brought the controllers back they told me I had to file an Asurion claim.
Asurion is a scam. In my experience, If you ever have to file a claim they will make the process as difficult as possible. When you sign in to the app to file a claim you have to sign in three separate times. The form they want you to fill out does not self-populate your name, address, phone # etc. You’ll then need to enter various other information, and they want a pic of both the front and back of your driver’s license (remember, you logged in with a UN and PW). Once you upload all of this, they tell you it will take 24 business hours to review. First, they reject the form stating you must print and sign the form even though it says you can sign electronically. If you call their number, they will place your call on hold for a while and initially an automated message will attempt to tie up your call having you answer various questions. Eventually someone in a foreign country will answer your call. The initial person will try to sell you additional services and after you say no a couple times, they will transfer you to someone else. You guessed it, you will have to be on hold again. You will get transferred and placed on hold several more times and they will find a way to deny your claim. What is especially frustrating is you have followed all their directions along the way. They can (and will) raise service fees without any notice. In the end, you will not save any money and have spent far too much time submitting forms and talking to people that lie and misdirect you every step of the way. The company’s employees are dishonest and have no problem lying to you. You can give it a try if you want but you have been warned. Instead of paying their monthly fee dump the money in a savings account. Odds are you’ll be able to buy a new product that’s updated, and you will receive it in a couple of days instead of weeks later.
****I'm not going to email you. Your company is a scam. My review is to make other customers aware so they can avoid doing business with you.*****

I made an appointment to have my phone fixed due to AT&T using them for their claims.. walked in and no one was there. We waited about 10 mins before I called the store to see if someone was in the back. The lady ahead of me needed a new pen for her phone, the employee told her to go to Amazon. He then spoke to me and told me I would have to come back (even though I made an appointment). I explained that I work and am limited on when I can get it fixed. He kinda shrugged and said come back. Very rude and unprofessional. If I did not have to go through this company to have my phone repaired, I would not give them any business. Definitely recommending other places to friends and family. Go at your own risk but don't expect to have your phone fixed :)

Came to the store after a trip where I had some water damage and the iPhone kept power cycling. Apple would not help me (as suspected) but uBreakiFix definitely helped me! Alonzo was working in the store and was very friendly and helpful. I explained the situation and he instantly came up with a solution as probable cause. I came a couple hours before closing and he was busy but was able to fit me in and fix it same day before closing. SUPER fast and reliable. I know the fix might not be a guarantee, because water damage is complex. But I was able to save all my photos and backups today which was my ultimate worry! Great customer service and great tech service. Will update if needed. Thank you Alonzo!

After a crazy morning of attempting to get my iPhone to work, i submitted a claim and was directed to go to this store location. Luckily Alex made it better by not only trouble shooting my issue, explaining that repair process, by completing my repair within a timely matter. Although I am not in Plano, I would definitely suggest Alex and this location for professional phone repair.
