I wish the store had a hygiene station. They seem to never restock it and makes my beauty experience very messy. Another downside is that their merchandise is always defected. Makes me wonder if they ever defect them out from inventory. The store itself is pretty organized compared to other stores. I will not be coming to this store again unfortunately .

I booked an appointment on Sunday for today (Tuesday) with Thais for my daughter, and she called me the morning of the appointment to let me know that unfortunately she didn’t have room to take our appointment. My daughter was looking forward to getting her hair done for back to school. A little more notice would have been nice, now I have to break the news to my daughter. Very upset.

Who does love Ulta? My hairstylist provides service at the Ulta Salon, no complaints here. It's clean, professional and convenient. Go see Kimbra at the Plano location on Preston, you'll be glad you did.

I was helped by Kyra and I feel really lucky she helped me! She is super knowledgeable, nice, patient and really great at shade matching foundation! I'd give her 5/5 stars. She also helped me find dupes for a product I was looking for and gave mascara recommendations.
I'm knocking a star down because there were staff members who actively walked away from me when I tried to approach them for help. They later were complaining about when they get off for their shift.

First time ever in Ulta and had an awesome experience. Tay, Parker and Jewel Garcia took great care of me. They answered all of my questions and made sure I had a first class experience. They were great and I will definitely visit this location again

The staff were very nice and accommodating. I almost got bamboozled into a credit card thinking it was a rewards program but other than that, quite a pleasant experience.

Someone referred me to Kimbra & she is the absolute best! She recut my pixie hair cut & styled it. She was polite, very knowledgeable about the hair industry/hair health & her attention to detail is incredible. I couldn’t even get out of Ulta without multiple people stopping me & telling me how good my hair looked. Will definitely continue to book with her!

I went in to get a brow pencil from it cosmetics, and they were out. The lady who helped me recommend a brow pencil from benefit, and I like it even more. Very friendly associates.

First time visitor to an Ulta Salon and I’m absolutely over the moon the experience I had. I got my hair cut and a wavy perm. Kimbra was incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, patient, and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist. It would be a pleasure to have her do my hair again in the future.

I love Emily for hair color, conditioner, cut and styling. I’ve been loyally going to her for a year and would go nowhere else. It’s easy
to book online, she works on weekends which is very convenient, and she consistently does stellar work. I love her recommendations for color shade, cut styling and the blow out. She’s a beautiful spirit and love chatting with her during hair processing time. I always get compliments from friends and family after every appointment with her. I would give her 10 stars!

I want to thank Ulta and Scott S in the salon for making sure my son got the exact curl to his perm that he wanted. When it didn’t come out the first time, Scott was kind enough to take his time to make it right. We really appreciate your time today and thank you again. Joanna was very helpful today. I got matched for a stee lauder foundation last week, and it turned out to be too dark. This morning I stopped by and I am so glad she was the one who assisted in getting the right shade. She showed me a new brand to me for a better skin prep, and it made a huge difference. She took the time to do my makeup with all the new product and the new foundation shade, and I left the store feeling great and confident about my makeup. Thanks again.

Do not recommend this location. The staff stood around and talked to each other in a circle rather than assist. Raeundria was not pleasant and had an attitude. Like others said, the employees really make or break the experience and this experience was not one I would want to repeat.
