The people here are ALWAYS professional, prompt, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They provide great service and make it easy for me in whatever I need done. They never rush me, try to 'sell' me anything, and they always have made me feel like they are there to help me. Even when they are busy. I very much appreciate that. By far, it has been the best shipping experience I've ever had in my 60 years. No joke, no fluff.

I went with my children to get them notarized for an upcoming trip, and I would always choose this UPS. I have never experienced a problem until today, the worker who I assume was manager Ericka attended me and belittled me. She was racist and was saying she was unable to do the notarization. She made me feel so uncomfortable so disrespected, I went to my bank and was able to do the notorization no problem. I will never go back, and hope that UPS does something to change the way they treat their guests.

went in to get nortarized and the hispanic woman, who I believe is named Erica, had a foul attitude and passive aggressive, treated me and my family like we are stupid and was not friendly nor helpful. seemed racist even to her own people. we would always come here to get stuff done and never have been treated like this before.

The staff and manager are the best! Went to scan my fingerprints and they helped cleaning the scanner and giving tips when i was having issues. Very polite and friendly!

I had a particularly tricky packaging challenge the other day, and the team at the UPS Store on 15th handled it with ease. They were so patient and helpful, finding the perfect solution. Their friendly service and efficient work make this my preferred UPS location. I highly recommend this UPS location!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this UPS Store due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Matt, who appears to be either the manager or a senior staff member. When male customers approached him for assistance, he displayed outright impatience. When I tried to ask him about the pricing for next-day delivery vs. overnight delivery, his attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive.
It wasn’t just me—another unfortunate dude right behind me also had to deal with Matt’s abrupt and impolite demeanor. Strangely enough, Matt’s behavior was the complete opposite when interacting with female customers. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer every single question they asked.
This stark inconsistency in his professionalism is unacceptable for someone working in customer service. Unlike Matt, the rest of the staff were courteous and helpful, but his conduct seriously tarnished my perception of UPS. Someone with such blatant bias and unprofessionalism should not be in a customer-facing role. Honestly, he might be better suited for a job at Victoria’s Secret.
Would not recommend this location if you value respectful service!
