Couldn’t ask for better service than what these two Ladies provided, I didn’t get what I needed because the printing I was needing wasn’t a service they generally provide, but that didn’t keep them from going the extra mile and giving an effort that you don’t normally experience in today’s world of mediocrity and lack of employee knowledge. Excellent experience very satisfied..

Charges $5 to use a computer, had no idea how to help me, went to store on 15th st and lady was completely different, free computer use and more then helpful. Give her your dime and send this guy packing RIPOFF!

They don’t deserve a single start too but I can’t select it.
UPS, your policy is shitty, I created a label on 2nd aug and your person told me it will start on 4th aug.
immediately after one hour I returned to your store to cancel the label and same person told me she can’t do it and come back on 4th Aug.
She never mentioned your policy saying once label is generated then it’s can’t be returned.
Also what’s wrong with your policy. If customer is returning well in advance then what’s the issue??

Closest location to us . Always busy place . I never see the employees smile because they are very busy scanning , doing something for the customers so just fall in line as long as the job is done . Expensive to have something printed FYI.

I went to the UPS Store to return an Amazon package. I showed the return label to the staff member — her name was Rachel. She told me I needed to print it using their self-service computer. I went over, saw that it required payment, and asked for help. She said “just a minute” and walked away.
After about 3 minutes, my session expired. When she came back, she told me I had to pay again. Seriously? It was just one sheet of paper. The money isn’t the issue — it’s the terrible customer service. I waited 25 minutes just to print one label.
What made it worse is that I had come here before, and if I didn’t have a printed label, the staff would just tell me to email it to their address, and they printed it right away for $2. I explained that to her — but she just said, “No, go print it yourself.”
Very poor service. I won’t be coming back.

Nothing is more annoying than standing in line watching the employees beg customers for reviews. Google should investigate stuff like this because these reviews do not match the service i got from this store. When asked to leave review i told them i had not even got service yet what would i need to review and they ladies looked and started laughing and it was attitude after that! Do not believe these reviews they are begging customers before they even give the customer service.

This is the worst ups store I have came in.
multiple times i needed a notary and the notary is either on break or just not around they can never give me a definite price on anything from week to week or just a fragile sticker don't go here ignore the 5 star reviews. You need to know somebody their to get good service. Pass it by their are better stores
