I only like Paul, he is fast, easy, very hard working man. I and my husband only come here because of Paul, he is always taking good care of us with a friendly smile. Paul always out of the way helping me and very patient with me. Wish the store have more people like Paul- "not old and slow" but experience and wisdom. Love Paul i will bring many more packages often to Paul. Thank you for having Paul to help us. We don't have to make many trips and waste our time!! 10 stars for Paul

Terrible customer service. Dude with long hair had an attitude and told Brenda to just throw my product In the package and not secure it. Wouldn’t step foot in there ever again.

Sadly I want to keep people from making the same mistake I did and trusting this store with anything important. At their advice I initiated a ups package sent with receipt, Signiture required , with tracking. I paid the highest price for this “insurance”. It was a very important legal document.. package was never entered into the ups system so ups cannot track. Ups claims that only the ups store can file the claim and communicate, but the manager in the store says otherwise and is too busy with other customers to follow through with this issue. I e already spent 4 hours going in circles trying to figure out that I trusted these people, paid $65 to have the most insured process only to wind up with a huge mess.. lots of legal implications which I why I trusted this store to guide my choice on the best process to insure proper delivery. Awful store that doesn’t care.

If you're writing a review then that means you probably either had a very positive or very negative experience. In my case it was the former. This particular UPS store is filled with bright and talented people who can hold great conversation and help you with whatever it is you need. Good enough to make me actually write a review. Bravo!
