I stop by this UPS Store regularly and always have the best experience. Little to no wait times and everyone is so friendly and helpful. My son loves coming in and getting a piece of free bubble wrap that the staff gives him each time, it’s very sweet. I would highly recommend this location!

There are a bunch of negative reviews out there, but please don't pay attention to them. This has been my preferred UPS store for years, and they are true professionals. Today, I sent a package to the KSA, and they clearly explained all the legal documents I needed to sign. The staff here are always nice, educated, polite, and possess every quality required for this critical service. Thank you!

I want there to print a piece of paper, the old lady at the counter told me that "it is cheaper to do it myself on the PC and access my email" and she pointed. She "helped" me going through the initial splash screen and did not inform me that using the computer costs 2 dollars for 5 mins (even if you were done using it in 3) Anyway the morale of this review is I will never go to this store again and I can't believe scums like these exists

The owner Craig is a great guy. He runs this location with integrity and with a smile on his face. This UPS store is my go to location for print services of all kind.

One star because the man at the counter was polite. Minus 4 stars for charging me to print a label. The employees were literally sitting and chatting, not working when I came in. Why should I be charged $3.25 (after tax) for the
”inconvenience” of printing a label? I was also told that in the near future I’d be charge for the piece of tape for said label to go on the box. I will never come to this UPS location again and will let my coworkers know not to come here to, as I work near by. In today’s economy and the competitiveness of shipping, this company should be more helpful.

This location was so friendly, and was open on a Sunday as well. Owners could have charged for tape, but they made a one-time exception out of graciousness. Purchased the boxes needed for returns because I wasn't prepared. Make sure you have all your return instructions lined up, as they aren't your babysitters!
