I paid for next-day air delivery, and my UPS package was supposed to arrive by Monday, May 19th, but it still hasn’t shown up, even though it’s now Wednesday. Despite this, Grahm Lingor, the owner of The UPS Store #306, went above and beyond to assist me. He made several calls to the distribution center to get as much information as possible and helped in every way he could. While I’m still waiting for my package, I’m extremely grateful for Grahm’s excellent customer service and dedication. Highly recommend this store for their commitment to customer satisfaction!

This store isn't usually busy so it should be easy to get something notarized quickly. The problem is they have one notary that doesn't even work M-F, the store stops notarizing at 4PM...but the notary goes on break at 3:30 PM. For weeks now, I have popped in hoping a notary is on duty. It is very hit and miss. There is a lady who told me 3 weeks ago she was being trained as a notary. I just came in and she told the other clerk that she was kinda trained but didn't want to mess anything up so they wouldn't help me. They want to refer me to the store on Preston Rd because they have the same franchise owner but the closer location is on Josey and they have a notary on staff M-F until 8PM. If you need something notarized, you may want to avoid this location so your time isn't wasted.

I signed up for a mailbox here because they allowed 24 hour access to my mailbox. Then , over the holidays they posted a sign on the door saying effective immediately there was no longer 24/hr access since they are now open 7 days a week. Unfortunately their hours are limited and by the time I can get there to check my box they are closed. They had no prior warning this was going to be the new policy
