Fabio was absolutely amazing and made my return much easier! He was so kind and swift, which is exactly what a customer wants when simply trying to return a package.
The owner, however, can work on his customer service — wasnt impressed with him.

The employees here are great, the owner does not understand customer service.
The owner talks on the phone while serving customers and make mistakes.
Get the owner out of the store and watch the score improve.
I only use because they are convenient. The location on Preston next to Pei Wei has great customer service so choose them if you can.

Over $3 to print one page, black and white. This place is a rip off. Pricing is 10x more on everything

Worker that named himself Fabio was completely rude and gave bad attitude to me while I just try to return items, I don’t even know if that’s his real name when I tried to ask for his name he was assaulting me , bad costumer service .

Every now and then you get customer service that makes you want to leave a review! Fabio handled a crowd of customers with calm and kindness. It wasn't fake or forced and he knew how to do his job well. I was impressed and had to leave a review. Btw... he didn't even hint at or ask me to leave a review which I always appreciate in the current culture we live in!

AMAZING STAFF! Very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding staff. The manager let me in at closing time to drop off packages that had to go out that day. Thank you sir🙌🙌 I highly recommend this store!

I have never had a bad experience here - they have packaged strangely shaped items for me, always been transparent with pricing, and have always been kind and convenient to me. No complaints whatsoever.

I needed 5 100+ page packets printed for work and our internet was down, so I couldn't do it at the office. When I uploaded the file to the UPS website, I was told it would be the next morning before they were printed. I called the store and the staff found a way to get it done within 30 minutes. That's customer service!

Staff comes in at exactly 8:30 am opening time, should be coming to work st least 15 mins before opening time to prepare the store, opening time is for customers to be serviced and not for staff to start work and prepare the store
