Went in for an online order return walked up to the cashier the red haired cashier who claimed she’s the manager there when I asked for manager that was very rude and lack of customer service.
I brought everything I needed for a return (1 out of 10 items purchased)by going thru the return process online along with the print out for return.
But the cashier / manager wouldn’t take the return by saying sale on sale items are final sale which is the store policy multiple times to me when the item I bought wasn’t neither marked final sale nor not returnable, I mean none of the 9 items I purchased were marked Final Sale at the time of purchase!!
return approval receipt was in my email I showed it to the rude cashier she was keep saying it’s a final sale I should just contact UO myself. WTH?!?!
I mean UO website let me pick an item I want to return and suggested me to return in store for a free return so I drove 23 miles to this store!!! Wth!!!!! She gave me the face while I was there!! So rude!! Worst customer service ever!!

Not to make this about race but I just don’t understand. If you wanna be profiled come here. The little girls were whispering and talking about me and my coworker and we were never greeted. I’m hispanic and my coworker is mixed. It’s was a very uncomfortable experience.

Really incompetent manager couldn’t take accountability for her mistakes that she (or her team) made by putting erroneous price tags on sale items and then being a complete idiot about it when confronted. Do not recommend coming here.

The customer service here is very poor. I came in and purchased three items the cashier scanned one item twice. I’ve had countless issues receiving a refund, and no one can seem to help. The item had been refunded twice and the money went to my account and then was taken out. I am very disappointed with the service and feel that if they make a mistake they should make it right with the customer. I should not have to make an extra trip to the store to fix an issue THEY made. The store is 20 minutes away from my house and I should not have to be the one to correct this issue.

Very poor service, when you order online you still have to wait in the line as they slowly check out customers. When you select that you are there you should have someone quickly give you your online order. A process that has unnecessary friction.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE WERE 2 EMOYEES AT THE FROM DOOR WENT I ENTERED THE STORE. I WAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE ENTIRE STORE. NONODY ASOSDTED ME WISH ANYTHING. I ADKED ONEOG THELADIES FOR HELP. SHE SHOWED ME WHERE THE SHORTS WERE AND WALKED AWAY. I WALKED THROUGH THE ENTIRE STORE AND NOT ONE PERSON ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP. AFTER I DECIDED TO LEAVE BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS SOOOO BAD, ONE EMPLOYEE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. I TOLD HER I NEEEDEDHELP BEFORE I WALKED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE STORE. THE ASST MAMAGER DIDN'T LIKE MY TIME SO SHE DID ME SHE WAS GOING TO CALL SECURITY. NOW THE MANAGET COMES OUT AND ASKS IF I NEED HELP. NO I DON'T. BUT THANK YOU. WE WAITED FOR SECURITY. I ECPLAINED TO HIM ERST HAPPENED AND HELP ASKEDME TO LEAVE SO THEY DO DON'T GIVE ME TRESSPASSING. MEEDLESS TO SAT, I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THREATENED TO CALL SECURITY BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SERVICE.
