we moved tenant from the dallas location to the plano fulgham property and the customer service was great , the rent price are stupid cheap. the lady sunni that works there offered us water to drink so hot . restroom was clean and smell good in there as well . thank you

I had been looking for 4 storage units when a friend recommended this US Storage location as he had units here. Manager Sunni had exactly what I needed and at a very good price below what I'd been seeing. She
drew up their easy to understand agreement in minutes, then showed me the units which were spic & span clean and ready to go. It was apparent within minutes that Sunni knows her job, is professional and has her customers' best interest at heart. I can now see why my friend has had multiple units here for years. I truly wish all businesses operated this way.

Office staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The facility seems to remain clean and the temperature is always good in my climate-controlled unit. Sunni is WONDERFUL!
