I just did my passport renewal and the lady that is charge was amazing!! Even though I had messed up she helped me and explained to me what I had to do in a nice way! Loved her service !!

I would give 0 stars if that was even possible.The man that does the passports is absolutely horrible. I can’t believe he still works there will all the complaints I’ve seen about him. I’ve tried to get my passport there multiple times and every time he turns me away even though I have an appointment and all of my documents. And I have witnessed first hand, multiple times, how rude he has been to other customers. I will never, ever go back there. It’s honestly crazy to me how nothing has been done about the awful customer service here. Out of all these one star reviews and comments you’d think something would be done, but obviously not.

the man working at the pick up counter is extremely rude and does not let customers finish their sentences. i told him USPS contacted me and said they would try to redeliver my package, and he said “why would they try to deliver something if it didn’t happen the first time?” in an extremely condescending manner. i said that usps told me over the phone twice and texted me to say they’d try again and he looked me in my eyes and said “where did they say that PROVE it”. prove it??? why would i drive twenty minutes to lie?? my home address is also far from this location and when he took my photo ID he questioned if i knew where i lived considering there’s a location closer to me, when i told him usps told me that my package would be at this location he said “no they didn’t,” like were you on the phone with me? no you weren’t, so how would you know? he then tried to ask me a question regarding the name on the package because it wasn’t my name as it was a package for my friend. rather than asking me up front he asked, “who lives in your house” and when i said “do you want their names” he said “what else would i be asking you that for” and when i was confused he was like “there’s a different name on the package” and i said “oh why didn’t you ask me that” and he said “i did” and i said “no you didn’t” and then he kept trying to belittle me and talk down to me. he constantly interrupted me and even yelled at an older man who was in line with me. he kept yelling at me to let him finish and when i said he didn’t let me finish he continued to scream at me, telling me i don’t know what im talking about. the supervisor was kind though and he helped explain the situation to me. regardless, the other man needs to learn customer service or do something else with his life. his utter disrespect for everyone around him was appalling and he seriously needs some training or anger management. worst experience i’ve ever had at the postal service by far.

Horrible customer service, the staff and super negligent and refuse to help anyone. Multiple people who were also there were refused help on their packages. So disappointing

Came in for fingerprinting. The employee was on break, nobody knew when she would be back. No sign or notice on the door.And they were open for 9am to 2pm only for that service.Other employee had an attitude, “suck it up, buttercup. Don’t like it, you’re welcome to leave anytime.”

I was here for my passport appointment. A person named Paul was very very very very very rude to me. This was the only location with walk in otherwise DO NOT recommend at all. Very very very very bad customer service

My regular mail carrier went on vacation, and my baby's passport was misdelivered during this time. I have been working with the supervisor, T.J. to try to do an investigation and see if it will turn up. Today marks two weeks since delivery, which meant I have to file it lost with the Passport office. After multiple unreturned calls, I finally went in person at 3 o'clock. TJ was helpful in getting me the document I needed to send off. I waited in line to mail off the paperwork, only for Paul to tell me he wouldn't help me until "I found an envelope". He had the correct envelope that I needed at his station. I am standing there with a crying baby after almost 2 hours trying to get this handled. I tried to use the machine, but was unable to enter an address as there was both a street and PO Box number. Instead of doing anything to help the situation that they created, they made it even more difficult of a process. I could not have been more patient throughout this situation until Paul. Paul is your typical bare minimum employee that creates these messes in the first place. So glad I paid the extra $60 to have this expedited only to be delayed multiple weeks because of their error.

They never pick up the phone and when you go in person almost everyone that I’ve encountered has been extremely rude except for recently. I spoke with the supervisor regarding an open case I had and she was helpful.

To start with, i couldnt select 0 stars for the service received. Had an international package and question regarding the same. There was a lady who helped with few of the questions but refused to spend any time. Had to come out of the line and prepare the package and paperworks according to answers we received. Got back in line with everything prepared, this arrogant man with a snobby look said "Yes?". Not a Hi, how can i help, just Yes ? I think his name is Paul. That's fine, i understand they are dealing with multiple customers. But refusing to take package saying i'm wrong without giving a solution and calling us d*** ?! RUDE!!!! Eventually my half day effort went to trash and I sent my package via UPS. This man deserves no respect from me. I hope they learn and get better at dealing with people. You don't have to go all out to make us feel wow, but be a little humane and responsible to the place you are in.

Unable to deliver package because “it’s too heavy” even though it meets all the requirements for delivery. Was told “we don’t have the resources.” I had to pause my business to pick up my mail they refused to deliver.

Do not send your packages with this company, they claim that my package was delivered, but it wasn’t, it’s been over two weeks and the package is nowhere to be found. When I went and ask for help, they all seem reluctant to do it, costumer service is awful, and they definitely do not care about their costumers, very dissatisfied and disappointed. Never ever again I will be using their services.

I waited in line to return a package and when I got up there the guy told me he couldn’t tape my return label for me. I told him I would pay and he told me I had to go by my own roll and come back. Seriously ? And the guy was rude the entire time.
