The employee named YADAV was unfriendly and rude when answering questions. Refused to accept the parcel for a fictitious reason! Bad service. I do not recommend this branch!

Long wait times. Only 2 lanes open. Also, the employees need some customer service training to avoid sounding rude and curt towards patrons.

Usually..I give many stars. Right now, I am extremely alarmed and almost in tears. I am not getting my mail at all. I know that there were the snow days...but I am getting nothing still. I have a feeling there has been some stealing too. I may have to call the main US Post Office and also the police department.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. The woman behind the blue door was Unfathomable rude plus horrible attitude. She needs to be removed.

First clerk cut me off mid-question directing me to the blue door. I had to force her to listen to my entire question after which she had no clue what to do. This drove her to find the lady behind the blue door. Clearly the first lady was untrained. When the lady behind the blue door came out she was as rude as possible - ruder! She was immediately confrontational. After I refused to go away (since I’m coming from out of state to pick up my mail and was going to obtain my hold mail whether she felt good about it or not) she went to her supervisor behind another door. After waiting ten minutes, the lady behind the blue door returned and rudely told me I have no mail. No apology or explanation offered. And of course the master mind (supervisor) at this post office never came out to explain the problem or resolution. Probably because there was no problem to begin with. There needs to be an option to rate at zero stars. Unbelievable, the worst experience I have ever had!

Was unbelievable. worst customer service I have ever seen. Clerk was too lazy to walk to the back room to check hold mail. She referred us to the lady at the blue door, who was Unfathomable rude with a bonus horrible attitude. Don’t know who manages this place, but they need to be removed. The whole place needs a personality adjustment.

The clerks here aren't overly friendly, but they are always polite and quick at their job. If you want a no-nonsense,get the job done location, then this is the location to go to.

I see these bad reviews and it hurts my heart because Aaron Perkins is the BEST mailman that I have ever encountered! Excellent service!!! He’s so knowledgeable, efficient and helpful! He’s probably the only mailman I know that is literally always polite! So grateful he’s at my property!

This post office is the worst I ever seen. All of their services are horrible, especially the customer service named George( looks like an Indian), He is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in the US.
For returning one small stuff, I already went to USPS two times, 1st time told me that they can not scan the code. 2nd time, I did not seal the bag for them to easily check the items, he told me, I should take back to home to seal it, then he can consider to accept my package..(means I need to get there three times just for returning one small stuff.)
As a goods shipping firm, They have mountains of tape, it is one second for them to seal the bag. but they never consider the in-convenient to the clients of pushing it back again and again, they just directly reject the return stuff again and again. they are terrible people.

Apparently pre purchasing shipping online warrants zero customer service. So clearly the clerks would prefer you take up their time instead of making their lives easier.
