I was in real trouble and my tire was really low. I couldn't find a gas station anywhere that had air that would accept coins and not a card. This guy helped me put air in my tires and said that it was on him! I recommend this place to everyone!

I typically go to other places for maintenance and inspections, but since I was nearby and reviews seemed positive, I came in to give it a shot.
I called ahead and asked if they were busy or if I needed an appointment. After being assured they had plenty of availability, if i came right by, I swung over and checked in for an inspection. Bays were open and staff readily free to do the work. It did indeed seem like a good moment to swing by for an inspection.
After maybe 15 min they recommended other services. After an hour, I ask for an update. They say they are almost done with the inspection. Near the 2 hour mark I ask for an update. They let me know the inspection is done with no issues and they are going to get started on the other service. I ask for the keys so I can leave and skipped the other services. I don't think I'll ever come back unless I have more time than money.

Painfully slow. 2 hours to do an inspection
Very poor communication. You must ask for updates.

John and the crew help me out with getting my oil changed and just getting me up to date with things I need to change on my car they were very kind and courteous and if you need your oil changed go see John and the crew they will get you in and out with five star service Thank you.....

I was due for an oil change and happened to pull into the Valvoline Express and John walked up to and introduced himself and asked what I needed.
I told him just an oil change and he took care of it. When I was checking out John and Dillon were super nice. I asked a couple of questions they both answered my questions and did not try to rush me out the door. Thank you John and Dillon for the awesome customer service. I am bringing my wife’s car in next.

I went to the Valvoline Express Care, at 3305 Coit Rd, Plano, Tx. because I have a vehicle from Carvana and the warranty will cover work at this place. The waiting area was clean and cool. The bays were well taken care of and clean.
Anthony was wonderful. He prepared me for the worst, then fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He make sure that I was satisfied and didn't have any other problems. I was treated with the utmost respect. They know their jobs very well.
Whenever I need work done on my vehicle, I will drive the nine miles in Texas traffic (½ hour+/-) to have my work done here. That's saying a lot for a 79-year-old lady from New England. KAS

I called 1st to check to see if the guy's were busy , Soliman answered advised come one down . I go by reviews and experience I was provided great customer service , properly put my skid plate back in place and bolts . I highly recommend Ron runs a tight ship B.I.G shout out .

Update just went back for my next oil change , again this place did not disappoint . Anthony extremely thorough ,
1. did not try and sell me windshield wipers . Straight shooter
He is very meticulous and detailed and pointed out Preventative Maintenance objectives . I highly recommend this establishment , my wait time was painless , more than likely I will bring my Tundra back to Anthony for work he recommended .
