This has been my go-to shop for all things intimacy and I love how it’s judgement free. However, I went in today with my bf and it felt like we were followed around the store the whole time by the worker and constantly asked if we needed anything even though I politely declined at least 5 times. It was super awkward and I felt like we couldn’t just look around, which ruined the mood for me and the whole point of why I chose the velvet box in the past.

Ailem was so helpful and helped me find something perfect when I walked in not sure what I was looking for. She was obviously well trained and passionate about helping people while making me feel at ease.

Kaila was PHENOMENAL! She was teaching me things about the anatomy I never even considered. Was extremely patient and took her time showing me things I asked for and things I would’ve never even known was in the store. Store set up was clean, beautiful and smelled amazing. Best experience I’ve ever had at a shop. I’ll be coming back!

An excellent experience - the store was warm and inviting, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the selection was diverse, and almost every toy was out and available to play with the settings.Overall, visiting this store felt like attending a high end boutique or luxury chocolate shop- more than just the product itself, every aspect of the store felt designed to put you at ease and entice you into a luxurious experience. "You're here to enjoy yourself, you're here to indulge! Relax, have fun, and see the delights on offer," it seems to say. It can be a little embarrassing at times visiting a store like this, but this felt like a hobby shop- niche your interests may be, but you know that the people here love the activity and want to make sure you have the chance to love it too.

Absolutely love this place! Incredibly comfortable and chill vibe, the employees are super knowledgeable and always so friendly! I'm always kind of nervous going into sex shops but the environment at Velvet Box is so warm and welcoming, not to mention the have TONS of high quality products!

This store is nice and has a wonderful vibe. Victoria was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The store is like a boutique and has a nice feel. I just wish it was bigger with more products which is why I gave it a 4.
