“This is honestly the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. They truly care about the animals, and they’re the most honest practice I’ve experienced. In the past, I’ve been to vets who oversell products and procedures—like charging $80 for eye drops that cost about $7 online, or $200 for a take-home subcutaneous fluid set that costs around $25. Experiences like that made it hard for me to trust clinics sometimes.
Here, they focus only on what the animal needs and never recommend anything unnecessary. The doctor is more knowledgeable than many others we’ve seen, and they are definitely not rushing—everything is explained clearly and thoroughly.Their products pricing is also very close to online, which I’ve honestly never seen before, considering the realities of clinic overhead. My cat has kidney issues, and Dr. Fuller and the team have been incredibly helpful and straightforward with her care. They’re attentive, patient, and kind.
Gabby, the technician, really stood out too—while treating my cat’s recent skin issues, she was so careful and attentive, and still saying how cute she is, even with lesions all over. That kind of genuine warmth meant a lot.
The wait time is short, and we’ve even been able to get same-day appointments. I really can’t recommend this clinic enough.”

“From start to finish this clinic was exceptional. Every single member of their team was wonderful. You can tell that they all genuinely love animals & enjoy their work. Dr. Reaugh performed surgery on my cat yesterday to remove a FISS tumor & he is doing amazing today. I am actually having a hard time keeping him from being too active because he is feeling so well. They give very detailed written instructions for after care. They took their time & listened during the pre-op consult & answered all of my questions. We live 2.5 hours away from this clinic but will happily make the trip again if ever needed. Oh and I almost forgot the surgery was very reasonable.”
“I have a large senior dog whom unfortunately is quadriplegic and at end of life care. The vet was compassionate and understood that my intention is to keep her alive as long as humanely possible. She helped me make Bella more comfortable and gave me ways to get her eating and using the bathroom again. Im very happy with this vet because she seems like she truly understands the value of our furry family members lives and won't throw in the towel. Thank you ♡♡♡ I cannot wait for yall to meet Bellas husband Bruno :)”

“We were referred to this veterinary clinic by a friend due to more specialized care needs required by our dog Gucci. Due to his label of a more aggressive dog, it can sometimes be a challenge to find the right clinic for our puppy. Jayden is an extremely professional associate with the best interests and needs of the animal put first, and looks past the obvious fear some dogs may have going to the vet. Drs. Pruitt and Lovell also conduct themselves to the highest degree of medical professionalism, and are willing to take any steps necessary to modify care routines to accommodate our baby. We are super thankful and grateful for the entire team at Coit North for putting our pup first and providing him the care he needs when so many others may not through their more than extensive patience and technical knowledge within the veterinary field. Do yourselves a favor, do not look any further than here for an amazing team to handle all of your pets needs!!”
“I truly can’t say enough good things about this veterinary team. Everyone takes such wonderful care of my babies, Loki and Princess Leia, and I feel so lucky to have a team I can completely trust with them.
Dr. Pilkington normally sees my cats, and he is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I always feel like he genuinely cares about keeping my babies healthy and takes the time to listen to my concerns.
Recently, Loki needed a last-minute appointment because he wasn’t feeling well, and Dr. Pilkington was booked. We saw Dr. Demmin instead, and he was wonderful. He knew exactly what was wrong with Loki and got him feeling better quickly. I was so grateful for the care he gave him.
All of the techs are amazing as well. They are always so kind and gentle with my cats, and I feel completely comfortable having them handle my babies—which says A LOT if you know me! The front office staff is wonderful too. Whenever I’ve called with a question or needed help, they have always been kind, patient, and helpful.
Loki and Princess Leia mean the world to me, and I’m so thankful to have a veterinary team that treats them with the same care and compassion I would want for them. I truly wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of my babies!”

“Dr. Byrd is EVERYTHING! We have followed her from other clinics and trust her with our frenchies. She has been taking care of my babies for 5 years now. High Point is an amazing place and very accommodating. I received last minute orders Friday night to go out of town for work and on Saturday morning they worked with me to get my Hatties meds filled, it was an additional charge for a rush fee and I was definitely willing to pay it. I appreciate their help.”

“They always take very good care of my dogs and are very thorough making sure my dogs are staying healthy. I have 1 large dog who has severe allergies to all pollen and takes some extra care. “This Banfield has got to be one of the best I've ever been to. And I've been into a few in a couple of different states. But this one by far takes the Cake led by Dr Byers and Candise Smith, their team takes absolutely good care of my animals even in emergency circumstances. Always so nice so loving towards my animals even my pets don't mind going to the vet anymore lol. will definitely be back and I would highly recommend. Great place all around.”

“Take your pets here!!! My dog sparkles had a butt mole lol that id been concerned about. They took her back real fast to see if it was anything major to worry about. Turns out it isn’t anything bad. Imani was a PHENOMENAL vet assistant she explained everything to us and was VERY thorough. She also took the time to answer all of our questions and also made my high anxiety dog feel safe. You can tell everyone here actually cares about your pet.”
