“I have a large senior dog whom unfortunately is quadriplegic and at end of life care. The vet was compassionate and understood that my intention is to keep her alive as long as humanely possible. She helped me make Bella more comfortable and gave me ways to get her eating and using the bathroom again. Im very happy with this vet because she seems like she truly understands the value of our furry family members lives and won't throw in the towel. “Have small pup with CCL and patella issue. All the doctors out there constantly tell us that our 14lb puppy need surgery and over quoting the situation.
Came to DVSC and the vet was BEST in last 6 years I have gotten since my dog snoopy. She was extremely knowledgeable and said she would never recommend things unless necessary. She encouraged conservative approach and said small dogs can grow their “fiber” back. Need to giving him glucosamine, water swim therapy in our tub and things will slowly and steadily be back in shape.
Felt so positive that they are recommending not what’s best money for DVSC but what’s best for my dogs health.”

“My dog Daisy (a 12 year old Jack Russell) has been having bad breath and a bit cranky. Until, I noticed her gums getting red and some sort of red growth in her mouth. I quickly got into Windhaven Vet Hospitol and they were very nice and calm about the whole situation. They suggested blood work, biopsy and to bring her in the following morning for a dental exam. Well, she was a mess as she had not been brushing her teeth…she had to get 6 teeth extracted. She is home now resting and so glad that is behind us. Thank you for helping Daisy! ?”
“This is honestly the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. They truly care about the animals, and they’re the most honest practice I’ve experienced. In the past, I’ve been to vets who oversell products and procedures—like charging $80 for eye drops that cost about $7 online, or $200 for a take-home subcutaneous fluid set that costs around $25. Experiences like that made it hard for me to trust clinics sometimes.
Here, they focus only on what the animal needs and never recommend anything unnecessary. The doctor is more knowledgeable than many others we’ve seen, and they are definitely not rushing—everything is explained clearly and thoroughly.Their products pricing is also very close to online, which I’ve honestly never seen before, considering the realities of clinic overhead. My cat has kidney issues, and Dr. Fuller and the team have been incredibly helpful and straightforward with her care. They’re attentive, patient, and kind.
Gabby, the technician, really stood out too—while treating my cat’s recent skin issues, she was so careful and attentive, and still saying how cute she is, even with lesions all over. That kind of genuine warmth meant a lot.
The wait time is short, and we’ve even been able to get same-day appointments. I really can’t recommend this clinic enough.”
“Coit North is by far the best veterinary hospital in Collin County! I called this morning at 7:30 a.m. and not only were they able to get me seen that day, they saw me within the hour! Dr. Lovell explains things so well and makes a worried cat mom feel more at ease. The front office ladies are also so kind, and know all their patients by name! I am so thankful for this vet and the exceptional care they provide!”

“I’ve been taking my beloved pets to Dr. Whetstone since we moved here. I can’t imagine taking them to anyone else. She enjoys my dogs no matter their nervousness or acceptance of her. She has a gentle hand and smooth touch. When the end of life has come, she has been beyond gentle, patient, and understanding. She had embraced my rescues and held back tears when necessary. She listens and gives options but is always honest when you need it as a pet owner. When I had to say goodbye to my Pawley, she brought him Christmas cookies.”

High Point is an amazing place and very accommodating. I received last minute orders Friday night to go out of town for work and on Saturday morning they worked with me to get my Hatties meds filled, it was an additional charge for a rush fee and I was definitely willing to pay it. “All of my experience was excellent. My sweet dog swallowed a silicone spatula head in a stupid accident in an instant before I could stop it. They made me feel comfortable and that she was safe. They contacted me numerous times throughout her 24hr stay to let me know they loved her and she was doing well. Great place with great signs. So be nice to them.”

“My little Gizmo, she has been going to Banfield Pet Hospital for 14 years andb11 months. I love the staff and Dr Johnson she is awesome. Yesterday we made the decision to put little Gizmo a sleepy because of cataracts (blind), and not hearing well, and being sick on and off for a while. Sometimes our animals can tell it's time mama I'm tires of being sick and in pain and little Gizmo did that Friday morning at 3:00am. So I told her I hear you and God is waiting for you when you get over thee Rainbow Bridge. Also you have your bff Lucy puppy friend will be waiting for you along with papa Bob.
