My husband and I rescued two GS puppies from the same litter and unfortunately, the male pup, our beloved Sarge, was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of one. During our first meeting with Dr. Norton, the staff noticed Sarge was struggling with the confinement of an exam room so they immediately moved us to the livestock area where he would feel more comfortable to roam. Dr. Norton sat on the floor with Sarge rubbing his belly, and told us not to feel rushed, ask as many questions as possible no matter how long it took. He made himself available to us 24/7 via phone (seriously, sometimes even at 8pm) and did extensive research to help us find the right balance of medication. He even worked with a pharmacy to get us the best price on prescriptions. Unfortunately after 3 years, the epilepsy took a toll on Sarge’s body and he suffered a cluster of Grand Mal seizures. Within days, we received a handwritten card signed by every staff member with their condolences. I simply cannot explain how grateful we were to have this team on our side guiding us through the process. Five stars doesn’t do them justice.”
“Took my lab here as we went sure what was wrong with having some issues walking. The staff was kind and courteous and Dr Mathes was on the floor checking out my girl and making sure it wasn’t a serious neurological issue. Nothing critical but did somehow hurt her neck which was probably causing some pain and weakness. The vet tech Gillian was great Harley and the front desk staff was as nice as could be. It’s always nice to be treated well when you are worried about your good puppy dog. Added bonus they are open on the 1st and third Saturday if the month 8-12. So far so good and reasonably priced consult fee and RX.”
“Anytime one of my dogs are in need of care. There’s no questions I pick up the phone and I’m in that office immediately. How much better Care can you get than that Dr. Atwood you’re amazing you saved our 14 year-old Rottweiler. She’s like a puppy again thank you.”

“Had a great experience here. My dog is not a fan of visiting the vet, but everybody took care of him and did what they could to make him feel comfortable. The vet took his time to talk with me, explain things, give recommendations and answer all my questions. The technicians and receptionists were helpful too in answering additional questions I had about pricing! I do recommend.”

“Our dog has been sick and our current vet retired. I really wasn't a fan of other doctors in that office. We live about an hr away. My sister said this place was the best. Boy was she right! Dr Coffman is very very kind, knowledgeable and honest. We ended up having to put our sweet fella down. I called multiple times and changed the date/time multiple times. Kudos to the front desk staff for dealing with my emotions and so kind over the phone because that's where it starts right?! Will definitely be bringing our other pets to this office.”
“I have had a positive experience with Banfield over the past few years, during which time I have taken my dog to their facility. They ensure that my dog is well taken care of, and their pricing is reasonable, especially if you have the optimum wellness plan. The service is excellent, and Dr. Smith is outstanding. The only reason I gave this location a 4/5 is because the front desk is sometimes unattended. I would recommend Banfield to anyone looking for a veterinarian for their pet.”

“Dr. Dana and Allen were so thoughtful with my cat :) I feel like I found someone I can trust with my cat’s care. They truly do understand and care about doing what is best for our little guy. I’m a very nervous parent, but they did a great job of examining him and giving me guidance about how to care for him. They are incredibly kind, understanding, experienced, and patient people. I rarely write reviews for anywhere, but I had to do it for this place.”
