“We got a puppy recently and this place was highly recommended , I loved it.Didn’t bring my kiddos the first time because wasn’t sure if I could and what would they do while we were waiting etc.Waiting time was not much, they send you to this very clean room where the nurse and the the vet meet you .They do have a kids corner and they offer you a drink .Not what I was expecting from a Vet’s visit.Exceeded my expectations . Glad we found a place to call our home for our furry baby .”

“My dog has been here a couple times since and everyone is great. The workers are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor is considerate, listens and works with you to come up with a treatment plan that works for everyone. They present all options and let you choose, without being pushy and don't seem to be concerned with selling more treatments/services. Recently my dog passed away and I called to ask if they do cremation (they do). Without my saying who I or my dog was the woman I spoke to asked if this was for my dog, Avery. She gave me the pricing and said to call when I arrive and they would come get her from the car. I don't know what standard cremation prices are but I felt the amount they gave me seemed reasonable and dropped my dog off that afternoon. I highly recommend this office because they are caring, compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable.”

Dr. Dana and Allen are incredible, compassionate, and caring individuals and in the 15+ years they have taken care of my cats, I have had exactly zero, and I mean ZERO problems with their office. I have always been seen in a timely manner, often same-day if my cat is in bad shape. Their pricing is super competitive, especially considering the level of care and attention they give both you and your pets. They have NEVER pushed unnecessary treatments on any of my cats, and I even had 2 with cancer at one point. When medications or labs are necessary, Dr. Dana has always presented me with several options, explained thoroughly the pros and cons of each course of action (and disclosed costs to the best of her ability), and then let me choose what's best for my cats.My experience with Cat Hospital of Collin County has been nothing less than five-stars. “Our first visit was great! We brought one of our cats in for his annual checkup and vaccines today. Alex was very friendly and thorough, giving us an estimate prior to service. She was able to use the $25 coupon emailed to us upon making the appointment, a vaccine bundle discount, as well as the Vital Care Premier discount eliminating the $51for comprehensive exam. The vaccine prices seem to be on par with the vet we had been seeing before. It would be nice to be able to go back with your pet during the exam, but we knew going into it that wouldn't be the case. Dr. Clever gave us ample time to have our questions answered and we were pleased with the service. Thanks, y'all!”
