My daughter has to quit the team due to discrimination against her. The coaches have big time favoritism and its not about skills. My daughter has solid volleyball skills. The coaches punished her for her mistakes while others get away with their mistakes. The coaches make up excuses not to play my daughter. The coaches knew darn well that they did her wrong in their snicky ways like the coaches can fool us parents. They said she didn't do well in practice. Practice has nothing to do in a game. She could have a bad day in practice but as long as she perform good in a game then practice shouldn't matter. The coaches are evil to my daughter when its her turn to seve they made her give up the serve to another team mate. While my daughter got powerful ace serve. The coaches likes to get back at you in their snicky little ways. The one time she makes mistake the coaches sub her out while others stay in the game. We regret leaving our old team. It was a big mistake playing for victory.

It’s our daughter 3rd year playing club but 1st year at Victory Volleyball and love it. They are extremely organized and answer any questions before you even asked. While many clubs struggled with uniforms due to shortages they planned ahead and got them in plenty of time. We love Coach Nilmary!

My daughter started out with the juniors program about 2-3 years ago and has learned so much from Victory. We decided to make that leap to join clubs this year and was able to join the “Elite” team for her age. It’s definitely pricey but she has even improved since the beginning of the season. Coaches throughout our journey have been supportive and knowledgeable and motivating. We see a long future with Victory.

I am giving this club a one star. I have watched a coach make a child lose her confidence because of the negative reenforcement of that coach throughout this summer. This child is a solid player and did not question her skills until she met this coach. On the contrary all her previous coaches have thought her to being a good player. Being a tough coach does not constitute to being a loosy-goosy negative coach. Who oversees the compliance of the mission objectives of the club? No, I am not the parent but if I was, I would demand a refund! Definitely find another club more consistent with and aligned with it's mission values. Btw, players should be judged on their skills, not on favoritism or who the coach knows.

My daughter has played the last two seasons with Victory. It has been a positive experience. She has grown her skills, and made new friends. I like how the coaches pray with their teams and incorporate bible study and community service into the program. I have found the coaches to be professional and encouraging.

If you are representing Christian or Faith. At least the coaches are parents should portray that on the courtanf sidelines. It was appalling to see how the coach behaved erratically and spasmatic on the side line screaming and yelling over every call along with the parents on the sideline. Honestly embarrassed for your organization. It is an embarrassment for the sport as well.
