I knew of this store because I purchased my daughter’s glasses here a couple years ago. Recently, a screw in my Chanel sunglasses kept working their way out. I called the store to see if they by chance repaired sunglasses and they told me they would happily look at them for me to see if there was anything they could do. I drove to the store, walked in, and was immediately greeted with a smile & hello by both employees. The associate sat with me, put in new screws, adjusted the arms of the sunglasses to make them more secure, and cleaned my sunglasses for me completely free of charge. I was in & out in no time. Both staff members working were courteous and so gracious in helping me out. It’s hard to find service like this! Thank you for making my day and making my Chanel sunglasses like new again.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and will continue to do so. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. Usually I just need to reorder contacts but on my most recent trip, I needed a new pair of glasses and they were so patient while I selected a new pair. I always recommend this location and this past visit helped solidify that. Thank you to all of them!

I had an eye exam in March and got my reading glasses separate. I have distance vision glasses. Now I changed my mind to make a reading glass and my distance vision glass in one frame. Mr Tim H said he had have a separate prescription from a doctor. He also mentioned I may have to visit doctor some progressive prescription. I have no complaints about Mr Tim but the thing he can see both my prescription and he just needs get my glasses changed to combine in one. I don’t understand this is so complicated. When I chose for separate glasses they didn’t even mention about. Because he explained it to me he made it a point to mention to the existing customer. My only request is to get the combined glasses. You all need to mention it to the customer when they choosing such options.

Nelly is awesome and deserves a raise! She gets 5 out of 5. The reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because the other employee Tim, left her in the store by herself and we had to wait a while. But once Nelly was free, she was just great. Very kind and professional.

This was the worst experience at any Visionworks I’ve ever been to. No hello how are you doing while looking for glasses lady loudly told me not to open up the drawers to look at the other glasses. The same lady was working with me. Very impatient rude. I’m not for sure as to why, but I can think of one.

Your store had a good selection and I received great service from Tim. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to review all of the options, provide recommendations, and take all the measurements to ensure a good fit. Great value with the in store sale discounts. Looking forward to my new glasses!

I've been coming here for years to get my glasses. I never had any problems whatsoever. Every year I get the cutest glasses, and I get treated like gold by the staff. My glasses get done in a timely fashion, and any problem gets fixed immediately. I wish all businesses were run this way. I come back even though I moved, just for the service!
