“Stopped in to get a few Vitamins that I've been neglecting to get myself for quit some time now. Brandon spoke to me after assisting the customers that were already at the register before I'd walked in the door. He asked, Could I help you with anything in particular? I gave him my spiel of what I was needing and looking for. Brandon had a slew of suggestions for me. He was Phenomenal at his craft that's for damn sure. I was really impressed he knew his stuff. I did find a number of discounts that were advertised on a selection of items in the store. I purchased one item and got the other at 50% off. The Vitamin Shoppe brand had its own special discount or promotion as well. I had never purchased anything from The Vitamin Shoppe before. I downloaded the app and received my points/rewards to use for next time. Heather was returning from her lunch and she was also a doll and very knowledgeable as well. She created me an account with my name, address, and phone number while I was cashing out. Brandon & Heather were Amazing!!! They both offered EXCELLENT customer service. Keep it up! Cause I'll definitely be buying more items and possibly utilizing the delivery options. FYI: You could also have the same items be set up on an automatic payment system as well.”

“Update: Received a call from a pharmacist. He was very helpful. I am happy with the response and resolution. Really appreciate the phone call.Terrible pharmacy!!! Out of 4 shipments only 2 of the compounded medications worked. Basically every other shipment has been a dud. I have now left 5 messages. One message was returned and after explaining my concerns I was put on a very long hold for a pharmacist and then the line disconnected. Left 3 more messages and no response. Seems like a poorly run pharmacy that might have some questionable practices.”
