“This is maybe my 4th or 5th time here over the course of a few years. I’ve purchased canine CBD treats for my dog, CBD ointment for my MIL for deep muscular and joint aches, and sleep-aid products for my partner. Both the dog treats and the pain ointment worked effectively.
Every single time I’ve come in, I feel immediately welcomed and well-informed by their knowledgeable staff. Every one of my questions are answered and often backed up with their customers’ feedback, which tells me everything I need to know. “I love that they have handicap parking right in front of the store. I am almost always able to find a convenient parking spot.
I was greeted by an employee as soon as I rolled in with four empty 1 gallon water bottles. She noted that I was using a manual wheelchair and asked if would like to use their electric shopping cart to manage my bottles more easily. I was up for a challenge and wanted to see if I could do it on my own, so I told her I thought I could handle it and that I would come back for help if needed. She kindly left me to fill the bottles. I really appreciated the combination of the offer to help, followed up by immediate acceptance of and respect for my right to autonomy!
I generally only come here for water, but I love the vibe of the store and the variety of products available. They have types of dairy-free cheese that I can't find anywhere else locally, and their produce is always beautiful and delicious.”

“First of all, kudos to Shanna, who was a plethora of information and helped me find the items that were just right for me. She helped me find which product would help me sleep better (yay!), and more importantly, how to help my dog. He suffers from terrible anxiety when it storms, and I'd mentioned that to her during our conversation, so she gave me a few of the Pet Chews to sample on him the next time a storm came, saying she really believed they'd help him. (She must've been sure they would, because along with my sample, she gave me a code for a discount on my first order.) I took the Chews home and a week or so later, a storm came through, and my poor boy was shivering and curled up next to me like a magnet. So, I pulled one out and gave him one. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I can tell you this: they worked like a charm! A few weeks after our first try with them, he'd been to the groomer, who over-trimmed his nails and he was walking like he was afraid to step on them. He wouldn't even walk down the stairs to eat his breakfast- I had to carry him down. It was heartbreaking to see! I gave him 1/2 a Pet Chew, and within 45 minutes or so, he was going up and down the stairs as if nothing at all was wrong. (I ended up using them for a few days until his nails recovered from the trauma.) I am SOLD! The products are great and the help there is awesome! Thank you!”

From the very beginning, they both treated me with kindness, professionalism, patience, and genuine care. In today’s world, it’s honestly rare to come across employees who make you feel truly welcomed and valued the way they did.
Samuel was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and understanding throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. His calm and professional attitude immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in what he does.
Marco was equally amazing. He brought such positive energy and warmth into the environment that it instantly made the experience feel less stressful and more personal.
