Screen was broken, they had the best price. When i picked it up, they told me they had damaged the charging port and had ordered one to replace it, just bring it back in a couple of days. Even though the charging port was still working, they replaced it for free. I would have never known, so kudos to these guys.

I had an iphone 13 pro repaired for a cracked rear glass panel on 11/25/2023. It took about 3 hrs and it looked great after the repair. Fast forward a few weeks and the glass on the back (the part that was repaired) is cracked again. The phone has been covered by an Otter Box case the entire time and had not been dropped and the crack was only discovered because the case was getting switched out. It's clear to me that either the glass was faulty or the workmanship was. I went back to the shop on 12/18/2023 and they refused to fix it and only offered a $30 discount to repair something that should be covered under their 30 day warranty.So buyer beware - it may look "fixed" but check again in a few days and you might find it broken again. I would not recommend this shop for repairs as they do not stand by the quality of their service/materials. It was very very disappointing.
