Pharmacy customer service is poor quality and they are sloooowwww with everything! Seems like an inconvenience when you call to ask questions about drugs. Common RX not in stock then they'll tell it'll ready tomorrow, you show up at 6PM and they have it but have done nothing with it and want to know if you want wait for them to process. Last 3 trips had a story like this. They are the closest pharmacy to me by far but I'm driving further for a better experience. Do not recommend.

I called a few days before my surgery date to make sure that they accepted my insurance and everything would be ok for when I was discharged. The day came to pick up medication and the girl said they don’t take my insurance and I would have to go somewhere else…… I asked why and she got rude and hung up. I called back to ask for cash price and she said I don’t know I canceled the order. Finally she gives me a cash price of $185. I had no choice but to pay because I just had a hip replacement when I got the meds one of them wasn’t even completely filled. This location is rude disrespectful and very unorganized. Very disappointed in Walgreens!!

They are saying we cannot help you to get your diabetic medicine if you are other Walgreens’ customers. I thought Walgreens stores are all related to one company!!

This store sold me a defective bottle of hairspray. I took it back to exchange it and all of the lids were off of the bottles on the shelf, which tells me that I'm not the first person to have this problem. But they wouldn't let me exchange it because I didn't have my drivers license with me...even though they could see it had been. purchased on my loyalty account. They wanted me to come back with my license. No apology for selling me the broken bottle and no consideration for the fact that I've already been inconvenienced. I have been shopping here because they use people instead of self-purchase, but this totally defeated the purpose. I won't be back.

Is Walgreens is much like any other Walgreens and we all like Walgreens however if you're going to the pharmacy there is one individual who just doesn't feel like a person who wants to give customer service I won't name names, but the three stars on her neck should give you all the information you need.
Perhaps it's just me and maybe she doesn't like me for the fact that I come in there. But I still think that she should smile and be very courteous. She doesn't actually have courteous feelings and is almost determined to throw me through the window out into the streets just because I walked in.
So I would recommend to management that they talked to her and allow her to know that every person deserves a smile a kind friendly attitude that they're not there to make their other lives worse which she happens to have a gift of making my life feel intensely worthless and an obstruction or her existence. She needs to stop being so mean and smile for goodness sakes it's not that hard.

I do business here on a regular basis and this is the worst pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready timely, not processed correctly and staff is equally terrible. Asking me to get back in line to fix a prescription they did wrong. Pharmacist literally put the phone down and walked away. I am done doing business here. They don’t understand that patronage is how they get paid. If I could give no stars i would.
