The pharmacy needs A LOT of help. We kept calling and calling to see if my prescription was ready, it kept saying "in process" for hours. Finally got a hold of someone after repeatedly being on hold for 30 minutes only to be HUNG UP ON. They said they couldn't fill it because "they had questions". Ok, then WHY DIDNT YOU CALL SOMEONE. This drug was oxy for SEVERE pain after mastectomies!!!! Come on, get it together people!!! I'm not a drug addict, I had my breast removed!!! Then they wouldn't refill it until 10:30 the next day. Ok, go there at noon, NOPE! Won't be ready until 4:00. Unreal. I won't be using them ever again!!!

This pharmacy is unorganized and lacks customer service. Their practices are unclear from the pharmacist to the assistants. Every time I have come to pick up my medicine something is wrong and I get told a different reason why. Their communication is minimal at best. When I go through the drive through they dont update me on whats going and I just sit there clueless. I thought going inside would help but no, still basically just talking to a wall. I understand as the customer I should be clear about what I want. But if I have been standing there for 10 minutes while you click away at the computer only for me to be told randomly that you have lunch when you didn’t help me do anything. Just be honest about your intentions and say you don’t want to help! I have been going to this Pharmacy for almost 10 years and it is always something. After this medication is dispensed, im switching for sure.

If you want to go to the WORST and slowest pharmacy in Plano this is it.My doctors office called in my prescriptions on Friday before 12:00 PM.I keep checking online to see if they are ready. Friday goes by, then Saturday, Finally on Sunday, I call the pharmacy. The girl that answerers the phone does not seen as if she knows what is going on. I ask about my medicines. She says that it would be Monday or Tuesday because they are out of them. It would be nice if someone had called or emailed me to let me know. I mean I would have to go a few days without my meds. What's the worst that could happen.....I could have a stroke, or heart attack! This whole ordeal has my blood pressure at a dangerous level. The girl says we can fill your meds with other brands. WHY NOT DO THAT FROM THE START!!!. I tell her I need my meds. She tells me they will be ready after 2:00 PM. I go back online and hit the quick pay button and input my credit card info. That way I can just drive up and get my meds quickly. OH NO....the girl working the window does not seen to know what she is doing. The car in front of me at the drive thru is sitting there for ten minutes, then my turn. She has on a face diaper so I can not understand or hear her. The quick pay DID NOT WORK, huge surprise. I gave her my card and said just charge it so I can get out of here. I'm waiting to see if they charged me twice. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, if you want competent or quick help!

I've used this pharmacy for years, and this last year has been an absolute nightmare. I have never dealt with the level of slowness and unpreparedness in my life. Five months in a row, my prescription has been late by a week. The prescription in which they are always lacking is not something you can skip. It affects my body greatly, and without it, my hormones and system are completely off course. They text me telling me that it is ready, and when I arrive at the pharmacy, it NEVER is. Then I call them, and they say that their truck didn't deliver. They don't bother to help me find a pharmacy that has the prescription in stock. If you want to babysit a pharmacy and yield No results, this is the perfect pharmacy for you.

This is a nice location, it's usually got what I need, but the wait times and pharmacy leaves something to be desired. I prefer mom and pop pharmacies because of the lack of customer service. Also, there is always a CVS right next to almost every Walgreens. What is that all about?!! This store gets the rating it got because of how close it is to my house, MOST OF THE TIME I can find what I'm looking for, but when I think what I'm looking for might be there and I'm in a rush; running inside only to wait to discover the pharmacy doesn't have my script or the store is missing the same thing they have been for awhile, that gets my goat here and there too. What can I say? it's an average Walgreens.

As others indicate, I had same experience of being on hold for 15 minutes and then being hung up on. I moved a prescription here because it was cheaper out of pocket here but they won't fill it without me talking to them. So it is Tuesday and my prescription from Friday still sits unfilled.

This is the third time I have attempted to refill my medication at this “pharmacy” and they still managed to not have my medication ready on time. The people I spoke with on the phone were useless and rude. Not sure why they are open if they can’t even manage to do their main function as a pharmacy.

This Walgreens have problem with hiring people that have peoples skills and getting people medication ready on time . Every time I go there to pick up my meds I see a new pharmacist and one of them have a major attitude problem and act as she does not want to be there. she need to get a different job, and learn how to talk to people .

Don't get your prescriptions filled here. Expect to wait 15 mins even if there's no one in line. Go somewhere else. I normally get my prescriptions filled at Walgreens off Preston & Lorimar- impeccable service and quick! This is my own fault for having my meds sent here. I'm sure they're trying their best, but it almost feels intentional.

As much as I love being on hold for 20 minutes just to be hung up on, I don't. I don't get calls regarding refills or when my prescriptions are ready so I have to call in and they NEVER pick up. I get hung up on sometimes because I guess they just CANT BE BOTHERED. There is one girl here that I absolutely love and works the drive through in the evenings. Every time the phone is ACTUALLY picked up it's her voice. They don't seem to verify or contact doctors and I have once had a prescription COMPLETELY MISSING and my doctor had to send it over an additional two times before it got filled. Would not recommend. Find another pharmacy this place is a mess, sorry my one fabulous girl. I wish the rest of the staff worked as hard as you do.

ZERO STARS The Walgreens Pharmacy at 6324 Custer Road - I'm 60 and have never had worse service in my life than at this Walgreens pharmacy. Wait times have gotten longer and longer at the drive thru window. Today I waited 42 minutes before my car moved. They never ever apologize for the horrendous wait times. When I call the pharmacy the wait times are always absurd. I waited 28 minutes to speak with them today. I finally asked them why it was taking so long to get service and a middle eastern sounding woman on the phone immediately got a bad attitude with me and hung up on me. I switched my pharmacy immediately.
