I had a unique situation pop up with a glitch in the system, canceled rx and a time senstive medical need for my son. Between VICTOR, the pharmacist at this location and another pharmacist the Preston Walgreens, they went out of their way to help us.
Y'all, these folks are BUSY! And probably stressed since they aren't exactly making lattes. If you come with respect and a smile, you will definitely get the same.

I'd give the pharmacy a 0 if I could. Tech was too lazy to call my dentist's after hours number and wouldn't fill the prescription. Lied to me about not being able to reach them. Next day. I find out the pharmacy has different hours than the store. So still haven't got my prescription. Guess I'll suffer with a toothache another day. If you are really ill, don't use this place.

Y'all I've had such horror stories with pharmacies. This location - nothing but joy working with them. They have saved me so much dang money on my insulin (I don't have health insurance so my medication is normally around 1k). I have never had an issue getting anything from CGM software, to vaccines and time sensitive medication! Everyone here is just beyond sweet. I feel comfortable discussing issues, especially concerning birth control. Will never switch to a different pharmacy! ❤️

I recently had an appointment for a flu test at Walgreens, but unfortunately, I missed it by just 15 minutes due to being extremely ill and having difficulty getting out of bed. Despite the fact that the test only takes a few seconds, I was told by the pharmacy manager that they could not assist me because I was late.
I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but it was disheartening to experience such a lack of flexibility and empathy during a time when I was already feeling very vulnerable. It seemed like the staff were more focused on sticking rigidly to the schedule rather than offering a bit of compassion.
In today’s world, it feels like these interactions highlight a broader issue of people becoming less understanding and more mechanical. If this is the direction we’re heading in, with AI possibly taking over jobs and enforcing strict rules, I hope we remember to keep a human touch in our services.
I was simply hoping to learn if I had the flu or not, but instead, I left feeling quite disheartened. I hope this feedback can help improve customer service in the future.

I practiced making a photo book on line and had it printed and put together at this location. (Custard)The first try was great. I made another now that I had the hang of it, and when I picked it up it looked bad. I told the fellow I needed a refund it was so bad. He offered to have it fixed but I told him no thanks. I asked who made the first one. He said the manager, Daniela I ask when will she be there at the store? I came back and ask her if she could work on it for me. She was not only polite and understanding but worked on it until she got it the best she could. Thanks for putting my wedding memories in a book. Thanks for outstanding customer service.

Clean, competent staff, welcoming, efficient, convenient, EASY! The pharmacist even gently offered to answer questions and made be feel it was not a bother to her. Im so glad to be moving to this Walgreens!

If you enjoy listening to the hold music and being transferred around without even being told to hold or that you’re being transferred call this pharmacy. This location is known for bad service and it lived up to it.

I just had my passport size photos taken at this store. Man!!! Gilda, she took multiple photos, made sure I wasn't tilting my head, showed me the photo before printing them...and then made sure my face was in the center.....it feels so good to see someone be very efficient and damn great at their job!!! She inspired me this afternoon!! Good job Gilda!! It's workers like you that keep this country Great!!!

This pharmacy is the one of the best in DFW area . The pharmacies team are Very kind and helpful. Not only professional but also they are giving patients the heart. love them Very much .

I have no idea what is going on with this location but it’s starting to become less of a joke in our house and more of a rage. I have 2 very common prescriptions that they won’t fill there and now send to a “hub” and then the hub ships them to the Walgreens. It’s not that they can’t fill them at this location it’s that they won’t.(neither of my prescriptions are controlled) THE HOURS CONSTANTLY CHANGE. We showed up today and what do you know!! Now they are closed on Sundays. I’m starting to believe whoever runs or owns this location is using drugs. I had a pharmacy tech call and berate me for not picking up my meds on time. I still had 4 DAYS TO PICK THEM UP. When my prescriptions are ready I get app notifications, texts, emails and phone calls like every single day over and over to come pick them up. This location was NOT always like this. It started to go downhill when your main pharmacist Jennifer was still there. I haven’t seen her in a while so assuming she’s gone. I just wonder if everyone who uses this pharmacy is treated like trash or is it just a select few? I don’t think I have ever hated a pharmacy before but here I am.

Whoever is in charge of this store should be fired. I have lost count at the number of times the store days and hours have changed. It’s like this place doesn’t want people to come here. Don’t think that if you’re in line to pick up when they close for lunch that they will help you. They will shut that place down and walk out and be back 35 minutes later and still treat you like a dog. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever used. This is also the closest location to me but I will not continue to come here. 10/10 do not recommend this place.

Sadly, while the people there are very nice, I’ve encountered two major issues that if they continue I will change pharmacy’s. 1st is I have a prescription that apparently now has to be ordered through a central processing center. Which even on auto fill should not be a problem. Walgreens should be just putting in the order to the processing center so I get the prescription on time. Nope, I’ve had to call and inquire for it. I’ve had get my prescription filled else where temporarily because Walgreens couldn’t fill it and didn’t bother to contact me that they couldn’t fill it. 2nd when I call I have been out on eternal hold. One time for over 20 minutes. I hung up and called back and my call was answered right away. Other times while on hold I’ve just been hung up on. This needs to change. Clearly they are under staffed and running ragged.

For three months, they have had a back order on my common prescription. They don’t give a timeline and can’t access other pharmacies. It’s extremely frustrating

The photo section at this Walgreens is very chaotic. I recommend ordering anything photo wise to a different location
